Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash)
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded)
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well.
-Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add fresh basil leaves and mix.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix.
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).

-Lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato paste,worcestershire sauce aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled elbow macaroni shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese aur fresh basil leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).

Cheesy Beef Macaroni
Ingredients for Boiled Macaroni:
Water as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Macaroni 3 cups
Ingredients for Cheesy Beef Macaroni:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies 3-4
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp.
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp / to taste
Water as required
Capsicum cubes 1 cup
Tomato cubes 1 cup
Onion cubes 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese (grated) 2 cups
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Directions for Boiled Macaroni Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and add salt, oil and bring it to a boil. Add macaroni and boil until 80% done.
2. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Cheesy Beef Macaroni Preparation:
3. In a pot heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
4. Add onion and cook until translucent.
5. Add beef mince and cook until it changes color.
6. Now add tomatoes, green chilies and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt and mix well.
8. Add water and mix well. cover and cook until beef is fully done.
9. Take off lid and add capsicum, onion, tomatoes, sweet corn and cook for 1-2 minutes.
10. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts.
11. Add boiled macaroni and mix well over high flame for 1-2 minutes.
12. Garnish with green coriander and serve. Your cheesy beef macaroni is ready.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes
Servings: 4-5

Macaroni cheese....1 pound elbow pasta, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 cup half n half, 6 cups of cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tsp paprika.....
