Recipe
200 grams topside beef thinly sliced
Veg
A few slices of carrot
1/2 onion sliced
About 8 mushrooms
1 spring onion chopped
Seasoning
2 tbls dark soya sauce
1 tbls light soya sauce
1 heaped tsp oyster sauce
1 tbls shaoxing wine or rice wine
1 heaped tsp chicken powder..I used this one..
Pinch of white pepper
3/4 cup of water
Cornstarch1 heaped tbls ..Just add some water to form a slurry..This will be used to thicken the sauce
Stir fry your beef in some vegetable oil for a few minutes then set aside
Next stir fry your veg for a few minutes and then return your cooked beef back to the wok
Add all of your seasoning and cook for a few minutes..Thicken with your cornstarch slurry..Done

Beef Steak Mushroom Bean Sprout Stir Fry Recipe | SECRET INGREDIENT!
INGREDIENTS:
Beef Marinade:
1 pd. thinly sliced beef steak
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dark mushroom flavor soy sauce
1 tsp. Shaoxing cooking wine or rice vinegar
2 tsp. cornstarch
*Mix above well and marinate for 15 minutes.
1 sliced onion
1 - 8oz package sliced mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. minced or julienne ginger
4 cups fresh bean sprouts
garden greens
1/4 tsp. Trader Joe's mushroom Umami seasoning
oil
Sauce:
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
*Mix above ingredients.
In a skillet on med high heat add 2-3 Tbsp. oil and marinated beef.
Spread beef out and cook for 2 minutes before stirring.
Cook and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Be careful not to over cook the beef.
Remove from the pan.
In the skillet on medium heat add 2 Tbsp. oil and mushrooms.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until mushrooms release moisture and brown.
Add sliced onions. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ginger.
Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Add bean sprouts, sauce and beef.
Stir to incorporate. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add garden greens and Umami seasoning.
Cook and stir one minute.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy.

These Shanghai style wok kissed noodles need no introduction. This dish is loaded with tender steak, fresh crisp veggies and soft fresh noodles. Don’t be afraid of a high heat when cooking this dish.
Serves: 4
Ingredients (US & METRIC):
For the steak:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp rice wine
1 tbsp cornflour
250g/ ½ lb bavette or flank steak, cut into thin strips
For the sauce:
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
For the stir fry:
100g/ ¼ lb shiitake & oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced & torn
1 thumb sized piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 green chilli, thinly sliced
6 baby bok choy, sliced in half
3 spring onion, cut in 5cm/ 2” lengths
400g/ 14 oz udon noodles, cooked
3 tbsp olive oil
