How to BBQ pork belly slices perfectly every time
In this short video I show how to barbecue pork belly slices. Using a simple 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 technique, shown here, this will produce perfectly cooked belly pork slices time and time again. What makes the perfect belly pork slice? For me it is crisp skin and moist, almost pulled pork stringy meat.
Use the 1/3's technique for consistent and well cooked BBQ.

No need to fear - you can totally grill pork belly to perfection without the dreaded flare ups. Grilling with my method lets you build a delicious char while making sure the fat is properly rendered.
I use a sticky sweet soy-based glaze and serve the pork belly pieces on sliders. SO YUM!
