香辣豆醬木耳炒肉絲 Spicy Stirfry of Black Fungus n Pork in Chilli Bean Sauce ????️快手惹味小菜5 mins yummy recipe ????????????
材料 ingredients :
10g 乾白背木耳, 浸熱水1小時,切絲,去除中間較硬部份
dried white back black fungus, soak in hot water for 1 hr, cut into fine strips n discard the center harder part
350g 無骨豬扒肉,切3厘米薄肉絲
boneless pork chops, cut into 3 mm strips
100g 1個紅及1個黃小甜椒,去梗去籽切絲
one red n one yellow sweet peppers, remove stalks n seeds, cut into fine strips
1 tbs 薑蓉 minced ginger
25g 青葱段 scallion strips
2 tbs 米酒 rice wine
調味 seasonings :
1 tbs 蒜蓉辣椒醬 garlic chilli sauce
2 tbs 磨豉醬 crushed yellow bean sauce
2 tsp 糖 sugar
做法 procedures :
1. 用大火,下2湯匙油及調味,拌勻煑滾
set wok on high heat, add 2 tbs oil n seasonings, stir n bring to boil
2. 下肉絲、木耳和2湯匙米酒,大火煎煎炒炒2分鐘
add pork n fungus, fry n stir on high heat for 2 mins
3. 下甜椒絲,煎煎炒炒1分鐘
add sweet pepper strips, fry n stir for 1 min
4. 下葱絲,炒勻30秒便成
add scallion, stirfry for 30s, then done

This is a quick and easy stir-fry recipes for you to try at home. A pork stir-fry with vegetables in chili bean paste. I am using canned bamboo shoots in strips and dried black fungus also known as cloud fungus, cloud ear fungus, ear fungus, wood fungus or wood ear fungus. I will show you how to reconstitute the dried black fungus before we use it in the pork stir-fry. Last week I did a video using fresh black fungus for a chicken stir-fry. I have a link below for you to catch up on that video. To make the sauce, I used garlic, ginger and an authentic Chinese chili bean paste from a Pixian Douban factory in Sichuan province, China commonly used in Sichuan cooking.
