I cinnamon rolls sono un dolce pazzesco! Il profumo di cannella si diffonde e riempie la casa. È un confort food per eccellenza, ed in questi giorni abbiamo proprio bisogno di conforto!
Ho trovato la ricetta su YouTube ed ho seguito le preziose indicazioni di Unicorns Eat Cookies, anche se alla fine con Cecilia abbiamo optato per una spolverata di zucchero al velo al posto della crema di formaggio... ma prima o poi proveremo anche quella!

Cecilia quando pensa ai “rolls” pensa al sushi, è stata l’occasione per ripassare anche un po’ di inglese e scoprire che la cannella si traduce in “cinnamon” ????

Wassup y'all! In today's video, I’m showing y’all how to make cinnamon roll bread along with cinnamon roll French toast! We’re changing it up from the usual brioche bread and adding a delicious cinnamon twist! You can use this bread recipe for breakfast, brunch or even dessert. So, I really hope y’all like this cinnamon roll bread recipe and hope y’all make it too! Enjoy!

⇣ I N G R E D I E N T S ⇣
* 4 cups of bread flour, split in half (so 2 cups each)
* 1 cup of white sugar
* 2 tbsp of fleischmann’s bread booster
* 1 packet of quick rise yeast
* 1 tsp of salt
* 1/2 cup of water
* 1 stick of unsalted butter
* Splash of vanilla extract
* 1 packet of vanillin powder
* 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
* 1/2 cup of brown sugar
* 1 tbsp of white sugar
* 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
* 4 tbsp of unsalted butter, softened
Tools Needed:
* Stand Mixer w/ whisk, beater & dough hook attachments
* Whisk
* Spatula
* Loaf Pan
* Rolling Pin
* Large Mixing Bowl
* Tea Towel
