Cinnamon and raisin bread in 1 minute #asmr #shorts
I used Brian Lagerstrom's recipe as a guide
but I change some of his ingredients
Cinnamon raisin bread recipe:
ingredients:
dough
220 warm water
525 g all-purpose flour
65g sugar
14g salt
5g instant yeast
130g melted butter
90g yogurt
egg wash:
1 egg+ 1tbsp water
Cinnamon sugar mix:
10g ground cinnamon
75g dark brown sugar
2g salt
filling:
150g raisin
Method:
1. mix all the dough ingredients and combine them well, cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 mins.
2. once the dough is rested, stretch and fold the dough 4-5 times, this step is to build the structure for the dough, then cover it and let it rest for another 30 mins, once the dought has again well-rested, repeat the stretch and fold 4-5 times, after that cover the dough and let it rest for 1 and a half hours.
3. once the dough has doubled in size, flour your dough and turn it out to the surface, roll it out into a thin rectangle shape, make sure it not to be too thick or too thin, around 1/2 thick.
4. apply egg wash to the roll-out dough, mix all your cinnamon sugar mix together, sprinkle it onto the dough, then cover the dough with raisin, roll it tightly. Cut the dough in half, then twist one half over the other.
5. butter the loaf tin, put the dough in it, fold the two ends if it is too long, cover it again, prove it for 1 hour, bake it at 200c for 30 mins. Tent with foil and lower the over temp to 170c and bake it for 20 mins more. once called, cut into slices, toast them, spread it with butter, and enjoy.

Guys I baked chocolate chips cookies and cinnamon rolls, but I put as the topping is the CREAM CHEESE ICING! It’s so delicious!
