How To make Tiny Cinnamon Rolls
1 8 oz. can refrigerated
-crescent rolls 1 1/2 ts Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/3 c Confectioners sugar
1 ts Milk
1 dr Vanilla extract
Unroll dough, and separate into 4 rectangles; pinch seams to seal. Stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over rectangles. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, starting with a long side; press edges to seal. Cut each log into 5 slices; and place in a lightly greased 8 inch round cakepan.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
Stir together confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls. Source: Southern Living Magazine.

Make ONE Ooey, Gooey, Delicious Cinnamon Roll!
Make ONE amazing, ooey, gooey, delicious cinnamon roll with perfect texture in under an hour using rapid rise yeast. Guaranteed to satisfy that cinnamon roll craving without over indulging!!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp flour
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp rapid rise yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 tsp butter
Filling:
2 tsp butter, softened
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/2-1 tsp milk
Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
In small bowl combine and 2 tsp butter. Warm in microwave or stove top until 105 - 110 degrees F.
Pour into flour mixture. Stir and knead for a couple of minutes.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a small baking dish.
Mix together filling ingredients until it resembles wet sand.
Make glaze by combining ingredients until a nice drizzling consistency.
Roll out dough into a 6 x 9 inch rectangle.
Spread with brown sugar mixture.
Cut into three strips with a knife or pizza cutter.
Roll up middle section. Place cut edge along cut edge of 2nd strip and roll up. Repeat with 3rd strip.
Place in greased baking dish and let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for about 18 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes and then glaze.

MINI CINNAMON ROLLS:
- 280g ( 2 cups ) Self Raising Flour ( OR all purpose flour + 3/4 tsp baking soda)
- 200 g ( 7 ounces ) Sweet Yogurt ( or any type of plain yogurt + 2 tbsp sugar)
- 80 g ( 3/4 stick ) Softened Butter
PLEASE NOTE: They are not supposed to rise like traditional yeast-raised cinnamon rolls - see the video for more details. Bake the mini rolls for only 4-5 minutes!
Filling:
- 30-40 gr Butter ( 2-3 tbsp )
- 100 gr Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 100 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese)
- 40 gr Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Splash of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk)

How to make Mini Cinnamon Crescent Rolls
Mini Cinnamon Crescent Rolls is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for Christmas morning breakfast! @sugarapron6381

2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough or Crescent Dough Sheet
1 stick butter softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In small bowl, combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Unroll the crescent dough on the baking sheet, separating the triangles. Cut each crescent roll triangle in half lengthwise into two pieces.
(Or cut into triangles using a pizza cutter, or a sharp knife if using crescent roll sheet, triangles should be about 2 - 2 1/2 inches wide and about 9-10 inches high).
Spread about 1 Tablespoon of the cinnamon mixture on each triangle.
Starting with the largest end of the dough, gently roll each triangle into a crescent and arrange onto the baking sheet leaving 2 ½ inches apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Drizzle with milk and sugar glaze over the cinnamon rolls if desired.

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk

For dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour (120g) (Add additional 1 tbsp if the dough is sticky)
1/2 cup warm milk (125 ml)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp instant yeast
1/4 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
For coating:
2 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar (or granulated sugar) (65g)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
For cream cheese icing:
1/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature (40g)
1/3 cup powdered sugar (35g)
1/2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
