How To make Tiny Cinnamon Rolls
1 8 oz. can refrigerated
-crescent rolls 1 1/2 ts Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/3 c Confectioners sugar
1 ts Milk
1 dr Vanilla extract
Unroll dough, and separate into 4 rectangles; pinch seams to seal. Stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over rectangles. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, starting with a long side; press edges to seal. Cut each log into 5 slices; and place in a lightly greased 8 inch round cakepan.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
Stir together confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls. Source: Southern Living Magazine.

1 TUBE OF REFRIGERATED PIZZA DOUGH (NOT THIN CRUST) Used Crescent Roll Sheet Dough in this video tutorial
FOR CINNAMON FILLING:
1/3 CUP SUGAR (SWEET) OR 1/2 CUP SUGAR (SWEETER)
2 TBSP. GROUND CINNAMON
6 TBSP. ROOM TEMPERATURE BUTTER
4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE (OPTIONAL)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cinnamon, butter, and sugar until creamy. Roll out dough. Spread the cream cheese on top of dough (cream cheese room temperature). Spread cinnamon filling on top of rolled dough. Roll dough up starting with short side for more layers! Cut rolls about 1/2-inch-thick and place on parchment lined cookie sheet close together or put each one in a muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes. While baking, mix butter glaze. After cinnamon rolls are done, take out of oven and spread with glaze. Enjoy!
For Butter Glaze:
1 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, 1/2 TSP. VANILLA,
3 TBSP. MELTED SALTED BUTTER,
4-5 TBSP. OF MILK OR HEAVY CREAM,
DASH OF SALT (MIX TOGETHER UNTIL CREAMY)

Ingredients
½ tsp yeast
Warm water
1 ½ tsp milk
¼ egg
2 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp flour
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered sugar
Steps
1.) Mix yeast and warm water in a bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon milk, egg, 1 teaspoon butter, sugar and flour.
2.) Form dough into ball, cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rise.
3.) Melt remaining butter and mix with sugar and cinnamon.
4.) Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. Spread butter mixture over dough. Roll into a cylinder and slice into rolls.
5.) Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
6.) To make icing, combine powdered sugar and ½ teaspoon milk. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls.
