Pound cake adalah cake yang umumnya dibuat dengan perbandingan 1:1:1. Tetapi sy menjumpai resep dengan takaran yang berbeda. Dan saya coba membuatnya. Meski tdk berhasil merekah, tapi hasilnya ternyata enak rasanya serta lembut texturnya.

Chocolate pound cake / 초콜릿 파운드 케이크

I got a video on 'how chocolate pound cake video'
Pound cake is something that I always look for when I want to have some buttery dessert. But this time, I decided to make chocolate pound cake. who doesn't like chocolate, right? Lol
Recipe
Butter 120g
Sugar 100g
Egg 2
Melted chocolate 50g
Flour 100g
Cocoa powder 20g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
1. Cream the butter with sugar. Add eggs one by one
2. Add melted chocolate and whisk it well
3. Mix with dry ingredients
4. Bake at 350F for 38~40min
* I used a 21cm loaf pan.
*My butter was little bit cold so you can see it's splitting after i added eggs. So please make sure to use room temperature butter

파운드 케익을 만들까 하다가 초콜릿 맛이 땡겨서 코코아 파우더랑 집에 있던 녹인 초콜릿을 넣어봤답니다. 휘핑 크림이랑 먹으니까 더 촉촉해지고 맛있네요. 히히.
레시피
버터 120g
설탕 100g
계란 2개
녹인 초콜릿 50g
밀가루 100g
코코아파우더 20g
베이킹 파우더 1/2 티스푼
1. 상온에 둔 버터와 설탕을 잘 섞은 뒤 계란을 하나씩 넣어주세요.
2. 녹인 초콜릿을 넣고 저어주세요.
3. 밀가루, 코코아파우더, 베이킹 파우더를 넣고 섞어주세요.
4. 180도에서 38~40분 정도 구워주세요.
* 21cm 짜리 로프팬을 썼어요.
영상 보시면 아시겠지만, 제 버터가 조금 차가워서 계란을 넣었을 때
분리되는 현상이 생겼어요.
상온에 미리 버터를 1시간 이상 뒀다가 쓰시는 게 좋아요.
저는 급하게 영상 찍고 싶은 욕심에... ㅋㅋ

초코앤화이트파운드케이크 Choco&White Pound Cake????
파운드케이크는 재료를 순서대로 섞어주면서 만들기 때문에 비교적 간단한 베이킹이에요. 저는 초코칩을 마지막에 뿌려주었지만 반죽할때 첨가하거나 아몬드, 호두와 같은 견과류를 추가하면 더욱 맛있는 케이크를 만들 수 있을 거에요!
그리고 저는 아몬드 가루도 함께 사용했지만 아몬드 가루를 생략하고 박력분 75g으로 대체해도 됩니다.
-Jaju에서 구입한 미니 식빵/파운드 케이크 틀 사용
(일반적인 파운드틀을 사용하신다면 재료를 2,3배 늘려서 만들어주세요)
재료
▷버터60g
설탕35g
계란1개
바닐라 익스트랙(생략가능)
박력분40g
아몬드가루35g
B.P 4g
우유10ml
코코아가루10g
초코칩
슈가파우더+우유
블루베리, 딸기
▶︎레시피
1)버터를 부드럽게 풀어준다.
2)설탕을 넣고 섞어준다.
3)계란,바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 충분히 저어준다.
4)박력분,아몬드가루,B.P를 체질해주고 섞어주다가 우유를 넣고 마무리한다.
5)반죽의 1/3을 먼저 팬닝해준다.
6)2/3 반죽에 코코아가루를 섞고 모두 팬닝한다.
7)식용유를 얇게 바른 칼로 중앙을 갈라준다.(파운드케이크가 일정하게 터질 수 있도록)
8)초코칩을 올리고, 170℃ 20~25분 구워주면 완성!
장식은 자유롭게 해주세요
Pound cake is a relatively simple baking process because it mixes ingredients in order. I've been sprinkling chocolate chips at the end, but you can add more nuts like almonds and walnuts to make delicious cakes!
And I used almond flour, but you can replace it with 75g of flour.
-Mini bread / pound cake frame purchased from Jaju
(If you use a normal pound frame, make it a few or two times as large as the material)

Vanilla Extract (optional)
Soft flour 40g
Almond powder 35g
B.P 4g
Milk 10ml
Cocoa powder 10g
Chocolate chip
Sugar powder + milk

Detroit's Most Famous Poundcake | NYT Cooking

For 34 years, Otis Lee drew crowds to Mr. Fofo's Deli, his Midtown Detroit restaurant, with sky-high corned beef sandwiches and lemon-glazed poundcake. Mr. Lee, who died in April 2020 from coronavirus complications, passed the poundcake recipe along to his son, Keith Lee, who shares it with The Times in this video.
This moist and flavorful recipe isn't complicated, but it does require a few more steps than your average poundcake. It truly shines when the lemon glaze is poured over the warm, unmolded cake right out of the oven.
