How To make Pistachio Bundt Cake
1 pk White or yellow cake mix
4 Eggs
1 c Orange juice
1/2 c Cooking oil
1 pk Pistachio instant pudding mx
3/4 c Chocolate syrup
Place ingredients in bowl and mix at low speed for 1 min. and at higher speed for about 3 min. or until well blended. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a well greased and floured 12- cup, 10-inch Bundt pan and to the remaining 1/3 of the batter add chocolate syrup. When well mixed, pour over the batter in the pan and run a knife through the batter to marble it. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Allow to cool in pan for 15 min. before turning out. Ingredients Used
For the cake
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pk (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup vegetable oil (adds a lot of moisture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
zest of 1 lime
4 eggs @ room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temperature
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
A few drops of green food color
For the caramel butter rum glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
4-5 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
A drop of green food color
Bake @350 F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry! Allow to cool down completely before glazing! Mmmmm… Enjoy!

The Moistest Pistachio Cake Using Pistachio Pudding!!
In today's video I show you how to make a pistachio cake. Did you know that pistachio's are good for your health?! They help boost your immune system, Improves appearance of skin (anti aging). They are rich in vitamin B and they even help eye sight!! Yay for pistachio's!!
Pistachio Cake:
Cake:
1 box white cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz.) instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 can (12 oz.) 7up or sprite
Frosting:
2 packages of instant pudding (3.4 oz.)
4 cups of milk
1 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)
Cake Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 for glass or metal pans. 325 for dark or coated pans.
2. In a large bowl beat all cake ingredients for 4 minutes.
3. Divide batter in pans, bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the to center, comes out clean. let it cool. (any cake pan will work)
Frosting directions:
1. In a large bowl beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. (by hand)
2. Place one cake layer on plate and frost top until coated, place remainder on top of cake. (depending on the cake pan you use, it will be different.)
3. Put i refrigerator for 1-3 hours to get cold and set before eating a piece, (must stay cold).
