How To make Pistachio Cake
CAKE:
1 pk Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1 c Orange juice
1/3 c Oil
1 pk Pistachio pudding, instant
1/3 Commercial chocolate syrup
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
2 c Confectioners' sugar
1 tb Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
3 tb Milk
1/4 c Cocoa
Cake: In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, cooking oil and pudding mix. Blend at low speed for 1 minutes. Beat at high speed 3 more minutes. Pour two thirds of the batter into a greased and floured 12 Bundt Pan. Add chocolate syrup to remaining third of the batter and mix at medium speed until well blended. Pour over top of batter in pan. Marbleize by cutting through batter with knife. Bake at 350F. for 55-60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes; turn out on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling. Top with Chocolate Glaze. Glaze: In small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, and butter. Add vanilla; add milk gradually to achieve desired consistency and stir until smooth.

This is an interesting combo of pistachio and lime flavors! Another blockbuster Duncan Hines box cake mix hack. Add a drop of food color to enhance that rich green color or enjoy without.

Ingredients Used
For the cake
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pk (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup vegetable oil (adds a lot of moisture)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
zest of 1 lime
4 eggs @ room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temperature
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
A few drops of green food color
For the caramel butter rum glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
4-5 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
A drop of green food color
Bake @350 F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry! Allow to cool down completely before glazing! Mmmmm… Enjoy!

You’ll love this homemade pistachio cake with no artificial flavors, food coloring, or pudding mix! This scrumptious pistachio layer cake with cream cheese frosting is the prefect spring cake for all occasions!
How To Make Pistachio Cake
Ingredients For Cake
1 white cake mix
1 3.4 oz box of instant pistachio pudding
1 20 oz can of drained pineapple tidbits (reserve liquid)
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of oil
3 eggs
Frosting
1 large tub of Coolwhip
1 3.4 oz box of pistachio pudding
Mix Coolwhip and pudding together making sure there are no lumps.
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl add cake mix and pudding. Stir, blending ingredients together. Add pineapple and nuts and stir, coating in the cake mix.
2. Add oil, eggs and 1 1/2 cups of reserved pineapple juice adding milk to get the full 1 1/2 cups of liquid.Mix just until blended.
3. Pour batter into prepared cake pans. Bake according to the directions on the box.
4. Allow cake to cool completely before adding your frosting. Garnish with pecans if desired. Chill completely before serving.

baking powder 1 tsp
pinch of green food colour

*제 경험상 피스타치오를 높은 온도에서 굽게 되면, 피스타치오의 이쁜 초록색을 잃게되더라구요. 개인적으로 맛도 별로구요. 특히나 이 케익은 피스타치오로 장식할 거라서 최대한 초록빛이 날 수 있도록 낮은 온도에서 짧은 시간동안 로스팅 해주었습니다.
