1 pk Yellow cake mix; pudding in 1 sm Pistachio instant pudding 4 Eggs 3/4 c Water 1/4 c Oil 1/2 ts Almond extract 1/4 c Chocolate syrup 5 dr Green food coloring Preheat oven to 350~. Combine the cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil and extract in a large mixer bowl. Blend then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Measure 1 cup of the batter in a separate bowl; blend in the chocolate syrup. Blend coloring into the remaining batter. Spoon batters alternately in a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Zigzag spatula through batter to marble. Bake at 350~ for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted near the center comes out clean. Do not underbake. Cool in pan about 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on rack. -----

Vanilla buttercream a few drops of rose extract and pink food colouring chopped pistachio nuts and crystallised rose petals to finish

Matcha Chocolate Marble Cake
For a Gugelhupf tin: Mix 200g of butter and 200g of sugar until frothy, add 4 egg yolks and continue until the mixture is slightly brighter. Add 200g flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Divide the dough into two halves. Matcha Part: Dissolve 3 tablespoons of Matcha powder in 50ml of milk and add to one half of the dough. Chocolates Part: 50ml Heat the milk slightly, melt 50g of dark chocolate in it, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and combine it with the other half of the dough. Stir the egg whites until stiff and split between the two flavors.
Put the mixtures on top of each other into the Gugelhupf tin, marble it through and bake for 40-45 minutes at 175 ° C. Let your cake cool and decorate it with chocolate and pistachios.
