How To make Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry
3/4 lb FLANK STEAK
1/4 c SOY SAUCE
1/4 c WATER
2 tb HONEY
4 ea CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1/2 ts GINGER
1 ts OIL
1 ea ONION, CHOPPED
2 c brOCCOLI, CHOPPED
1 ea GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 ea TOMATO, CHOPPED
trIM FAT FROM BEEF. CUT INTO StrIPS. COMBINE SOY SAUCE, WATER, HONEY, GINGER AND GARLIC IN A SHALLOW PAN OR DISH. ADD MEAT AND TURN TO COAT. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR. ADD OIL TO A WOK OR STIR FRY PAN AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD STEAK AND VEGETABLES EXCEPT FOR TOMATO AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES. ADD TOMATO AND COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. SERVES FOUR. PER SERVING: 414 CALORIES, 20 % FAT - 9.2 gm FAT.

Today I’m going to share with you how to make the most delicious beef teriyaki stir fry now let me tell you, This is how I always make it for my family and they all seriously enjoy it so much! The sauce is not to sweet, not too salty it’s just perfect ! Tip ‼️⚠️ if you like your vegetables a little over cooked, sauté the vegetables 10 minutes instead of 5 also if you like your sauce a little more sweet, add one more tbsp of brown sugar, if you like it more on the spicy side, add one tsp of chile flakes and to get the whole feel cook this delicious recipe on a wok ????
Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving ????
Use your favorite vegetables or use only broccoli
ingredients: 7 servings
2 lbs flank steak
I used 1 small head of broccoli
1/2 lb asparagus
3 carrots thin sliced
1 small white onion
1 small red bell pepper
My Teriyaki sauce :(double the recipe if you like more sauce in your stir fry)
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinagre
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 - 1 tsp chile flakes
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 serving of love ????
