You are going to love this easy recipe! All you need is a box of spiced cake mix and a can of pumpkin! I do highly suggest making the cream cheese frosting to go on top! They are a match made in heaven! You could also add chocolate chips or pecans!!
Cream Cheese Frosting- I usually eyeball mine, but it’s about:
1/2 block of cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
And a splash of milk or 1/2 and 1/2-probably around 2 or 3 tbs.
I did add a little sprinkle of cinnamon in mine for this recipe!
These are the perfect little fall treat!!

Now that it is Fall it is time to make Fall recipes! I wanted to start with this super easy and delicious Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Muffin recipe. It uses a cake mix and just a couple of other ingredients and makes a delicious Fall time treat! Each muffin is 2 Points Plus.

Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
15 oz pumpkin
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Line cupcake pans (makes 24) and fill. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
