This recipe is another one of my favorite recipe creations! I love experimenting in the kitchen and this recipe turned out SOOO good!!

Pumpkin Harvest Muffins
Serves 20
3 SP
1 box sugar free Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 apple – peeled, cored and chopped
1 Tbl pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup reduced sugar craisins
¼ cup pepitas
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1. Bake your muffins at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes until done.
This made 20 muffins for me!

Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins ????????WW Friendly /Weight Watchers ????????FALL BAKING???????? WW Points/Calories/Macros- These easy pumpkin gingerbread muffins combine two of my favorite flavors, pumpkin and ginger! They are so easy to make and low in points and calories, making them the perfect guilt free, sweet Fall treat! Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included down below!

Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 1⁄2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1 tsp for muffins, 1/2 tsp for topping
1⁄8 tsp Ground nutmeg
1⁄8 tsp Ground cloves
1 cup Pumpkin puree
2 medium Bananas
2 large Egg
1⁄4 cup Lakanto Maple flavored syrup
1⁄2 cup Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 Tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt and mix until well combined. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, pumpkin, syrup, monkfruit classic, molasses, vanilla, and greek yogurt. Mix until well combined. Pour dry ingredients into wet and fold in until no more dry is visible. Line or spray a muffin tin and fill evenly. For the topping, mix together monkfruit golden and remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly on the tops of batter. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.

Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins // only 2 points!
Hey guys! Todays video is just a quick and easy recipe for some weight watchers low fat pumpkin muffins. I ended up getting 18 muffins total for 2 points each. Just a reminder I am following the my WW green plan and get 52 points in a day because I am currently breastfeeding.
Pumpkin muffins:
1 box of sugar free vanilla cake mix- 38 points for the whole box
1 can of Lillys pumpkin puree- 0 points
1 cup of the Mott's no sugar added cinnamon apple sauce- 0 points
1/4 cup of water
a little bit of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
mix it all together and put it in muffin tins and cook according to the box directions- 325 degrees for 19-23 min

Recipe
1 box yellow sugar-free cake mix
2 egg
1 tbsp of pumpkin. Pie spice
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
3 1/2 cups of pure pumpkin
Mix everything in a large bowl. Place in muffin liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins, Cool and mix powdered sugar substitute (1 cup) add water to make a glaze, as thick or thin as you want, Dip cupcakes in glaze and let dry. 1 sp per muffin 2 muffins 2 sp 3 muffins 4 sp

Pumpkin Muffins | Weight Watchers Friendly | Sugar Free | Delicious
In this video, I will be making sugar-free pumpkin muffins. Although I never canceled my subscription, I have not been steady on @WeightWatchers and it shows (I've gained back almost all of my weightloss... more on that later).
I am working on meal-prepping and cookies staples to have here at home though to help me get back on track! It's time to take my life, my health, and myself serious again!
Recipe:
1 box sugar free cake mix
1 can 100% pure pumpkin
(optional) Vanilla extra, pumpkin pie spice, splash of water
Mix all together, divide evenly into 24 cupcake liners
Bake at 325 degrees for 19-22 minutes (mine took 22 minutes)
