How To make Rotini Kidney Bean Casserole
1/2 pound rotini (or other pasta)
1 can kidney beans
14 ounce
1 can tomatoes :
19 ounce
2 onions thinly sliced
2 slices bologna :
1/2 inch thick
1 can tomato sauce -- 8 ounce
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley
Cook rotini in boiling salted water until tender. Grease large casserole dish generously with margarine or butter. In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, kidney beans, onions, celery salt, dry mustard and garlic salt. Put a layer of rotini in casserole dish then over it add tomatoes, kiney beans, onions, and spices which have been mixed together. Add bologna and remainder of rotini. Over this spoon tomato sauce then add parmesan cheese, vinegar, and parsley flakes. Bake in a 325 F oven for 45 to 50 minutes. 5 servings.

Beef with macaroni is a great combination that never fails to excite us!!
What you need:
500 grams minced beef
500 grams macaroni
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion chopped
4-5 finely chopped garlic
250 grams tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp oil
Water as required
Steps:
Fry onion in 2 tbsp oil till translucent
Add chopped garlic
Add beef
Cook till beef changes color
Add tomato paste
Add ketchup
Add water as required and cook beef completely
Add chilli sauce
Add soy sauce
Add italian seasoning
Add oregano
Set aside
Boil macaroni with 1 tsp salt and oil
When done drain the water and add the beef and mix well
Serve hot and enjoy :)

It’s a summer staple in the south. Erin and Kelli are mixing up two of their go-to pasta salad recipes to bring lots of color and flavors to your next summer gathering.
RECIPE
Ingredients
16 oz pasta (rotini)
1 packet taco seasoning mix
15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
15 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
10 oz corn frozen or canned
1 cup onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 oz olives sliced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes chopped
1 pkg Frito Corn Chips (for topping)
SALAD DRESSING
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dressing Mix
Instructions
Cook pasta, drain and cool. Combine with all of the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then mix up the dressing.
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
Add dressing to the salad and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Right before serving, add in Frito corn chips to taste! Enjoy!!!

Bow Tie Pasta Salad
1 box of bow tie pasta
2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 small yellow onion chopped finely
1 cup of Persian cucumbers sliced
1 bag of frozen peas
Defrost a bag of frozen peas. While peas are defrosting cook bow tie pasta noodles. Drain water off of noodles and let cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl add pasta, onion, cucumber, peas. Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until pasta is lightly coated. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Crock pot Casserole. Easy Casserole that you can make early in the afternoon and it will be ready for dinner.
1 Can Kidney Beans (Drained and rinsed.
1 Can Pork and Beans
1 Can Pasta sauce
Pasta of your choice
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
In a Bowl mix all the above except the cheese.
Place in a Crockpot / Slow Cooker set on medium High heat.'
Cover with Cheese.
Place lid on Cooker
Cover lid in plastic wrap (optional.) This creates almost a pressure.
Cook 3 - 4 hours

4 oz. chunky salsa
3.75 oz. dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
¼ (1.25 oz.) package dry taco seasoning mix
¾ cup diced tomatoes
