How To make Pumpkin Swirl Bread
Filling: 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
softened
1 egg
Bread: 2 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1 can pumpkin :
(16 ounce)
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350F degrees.
In small mixer bowl combine all filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1-2 minutes); set aside. In large mixer bowl combine 2-2/3 cups sugar, oil, water, pumpkin and 4 eggs. Beat at low speed, scraping often, until mixture is smooth (1-2 minutes). Continue beating at medium speed, gradually adding all remaining bread ingredients and scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1-2 minutes). Place 1/4 (about 2 cups) pumpkin batter into bottom of each of 2 greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pans. Carefully spread 1/2 of the filling mixture over batter in each pan; top each with half of remaining pumpkin batter. Pull knife or spatula through batter and filling to create swirl effect. Bake for 65-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center of the pumpkin bread.

PUMPKIN CINNAMON RAISIN SWIRL BREAD || #pumpkinpalooza2022

recipe:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbs honey
2tbs butter
warm together until butter is melted
add 1/2 raisin to the mixture (you can omit these if you don't want raisins throughout)
once cooled add 1.25 tsp or half a packet of yeast I use instant
then add 2.5-3 cups of flour
and 1/2 tsp salt
knead until you have a soft dough that bounces back when poked
filling:
1/2 stick or 4tbs butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin spice if that's your jam)
roll dough out and spread mixture then roll up and put in loaf pan let rise until at least doubled then bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes

How to Make Pumpkin Swirl Bread Recipe

*Makes 3 loafs
Ingredients:
Filling-
2 (8oz) Cream cheese soften
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Milk
Pumpkin Bread-
3 cups Sugar
1 can (15oz) Pumpkin puree
4 Eggs
1 cup Oil
1 cup Water
4 cups Flour
4 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Dried Cranberries
Icing-(Optional)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F.
-Making Filling; set aside.
-Combine all wet ingredients, In another bowl combine all dry ingredients.
-Mix half of dry mix to the wet mix, and repeat till smooth batter.
-Fold in Walnuts and Dried Cranberries.
-Divide into 3 greased loaf pans, first layer small amount of Pumpkin batter then filling and top off with Pumpkin batter.
-Bake at 350F for 1 hour - 1 1/2 hour or till done.
-When cooled drizzle icing on top.
