Moist Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf That Melts In Your Mouth
How to make the super moist Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf Bread. With velvety texture that melts in your mouth perfect for holidays.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup pumpkin puree (250g)
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1/3 cup plain yogurt (90g)
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour (220g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (3g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (55g) plus half a cup of chocolate chips (80g) for topping
--you can use nutmeg or pumpkin spice too :)

PALEO PUMPKIN BREAD IS THE PERFECT BREAKFAST, SNACK, OR DESSERT DURING THE FALL. THIS DISH IS PACKED FULL OF NUTRITION AND FLAVOR.
PALEO PUMPKIN BREAD INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 drop cinnamon essential oil
4 eggs
3 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted (plus a little extra to grease pan)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
PALEO PUMPKIN BREAD INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix coconut flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium size mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, cinnamon essential oil, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Grease a bread pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven or until done. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is ready.
Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Serve plain or with butter and honey. Enjoy!

Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
15 oz pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
spray your baking pans with nonstick spray
350゚ oven 45 to 60 minutes
until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
For the bread:
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg (or ½ tsp pre-ground)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup neutral oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin pureé
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the maple glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp maple extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Pour batter into two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pans. Run a greased knife down the center of the loaves to encourage a crack once bake. Bake in preheated oven until browned around the edges and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pans for 10 minutes.
While still slightly warm, prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, milk, cinnamon, and maple extract. Whisk until smooth and drizzle over warm loaves. Cool on racks for an additional 15 minutes. Then slice and serve.
