Moist Apple Cinnamon Loaf Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 cup White sugar
3/4 cup Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Canola oil
2 Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
Caramelized Apple
2 Tbsp Butter
2 cups Peeled and diced apples
2 Tbsp White sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.

This cinnamon apple bread is very simple to make, makes your kitchen smell amazing and stores well. You will need two large apples to make it. We have provided lots of tips for the best apples for baking in our article on the blog.
A note on pan size: We use a 8 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan; if you only have a 9-inch by 5-inch pan, start checking for doneness 5 to 10 minutes earlier.

Apple cinnamon bread is lightest ,most delicious bread from the inside with a layer of apple chunks and cinnamon brown sugar. We loved it.Its warm, soft and so delicious. Walnuts add an extra nuttiness and texture to the bread. Topped with sugar glaze. Yumm!
Try this simple recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup & 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup & 2/4 cup All purpose flour
2 & 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/3 cup Brown sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Wet ingredients:
1/3 cup Unsalted butter (soften)
1 cup Apple sauce(unsweetened) i used the Mott's brand.
1 Egg
2/3 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup chopped walnuts
For filling
1 Apple chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar + 1 tsp Cinnamon
SUGAR GLAZE:
1 cup Icing sugar
1 Tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence.
Method:
• Pre heat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius.
• Combine whole wheat flour and all purpose flour (sift them together)
• Combine all the dry ingredients. Flour mixture,brown sugar, baking powder,salt,cinnamon &nutmeg.
• In a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients. Butter, apple sauce,egg, milk and vanilla essence. Use an electric hand mixer to mix everything well together.
• Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly adding a few at a time. This will make a thick batter for the bread.
• Add walnuts to the batter and mix.
• Prepare the apple cinnamon filling.
• Chop one apple. With skin for some extra fiber.
• Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon together.Coat the chopped apple with the cinnamon &brown sugar mixture well. Filling is ready!!
• Prepare a 9 inch loaf pan. Spray it with non stick spray and line it with the wax paper.
• Put half of the batter in the loaf pan. Spread it evenly.
• Now put the apple and cinnamon sugar filling on it. Spread it evenly. This will be our middle layer. Try to push some apple chunks in to the batter.
• Put the other half of the batter on top. Spread it evenly.
• Bake it in the pre heated oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius for 50 mins
• Once its done. Check the center of the bread by inserting a butter knife. If it comes out mostly clean. It means its done.
• Let it cool for 2 minutes.
• Prepare the sugar glaze by combining the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla essence. Mix them well and its ready in minutes.
• Drizzle it on to the bread for some sweetness. This bread is not so sweet by itself so the sugar glaze balance that out perfectly.
• Next step very important. Take a slice sit and enjoy the warm, soft and delicious apple cinnamon bread.

This bread was the lightest, most delicious bread! We loved it.
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup, butter softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl
Beat white sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and then add vanilla extract
Combine flour and baking powder together into a bowl and then mix into sugar mixture, mix until combined
Add milk into batter and mix until batter is smooth
Grease loaf pan and lightly flour
Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan
Sprinkle half the apples and then half of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto batter in pan and pat lightly into batter.
Pour remaining batter on top
Sprinkle remaining apples and cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto top of batter and lightly pat apples down and then swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture around on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean

This is one of those cakes that you will want to make over and over again.
A simple recipe that’s a staple around my house.
We all love the aroma while this is baking. The whole house smells divine.
Best is yet to come when you get to take your first bite of this super easy fresh apple loaf cake. It’s a winner!

Ingredients
For the cake:
1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar powder
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
1 Teaspoon honey
2 apples peeled and chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon powder
For the glaze:
1/2 cup (150g) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
For the cake:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF / 180ºC.
Line a 3x8-inch (20x7cm) loaf cake pan. Add a strip of parchment paper in the bottom and up the two narrow sides (for easier unmolding).
Have the apples grated or chopped. add into brown sugar and cinnamon mix in a large bowl It will begin to release liquid, that is fine.
In a large bowl mix flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt (sift it to avoid little lumps)
set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl and add in the dry ingredients fold gently until you have a smooth mixture.
Spoon half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half the apples mix on it.
Spoon remaining batter & top with remaining apples mix.
Bake for 50 minutes to 170° C, or until a toothpick comes out dry. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Keep well wrapped for no more than 1 day at room temperature and in the fridge a few more days. It can be frozen, well wrapped in film and aluminum foil, before glazing.
For the glaze:
Mix both ingredients until you have a creamy mixture. If it’s too dry add more milk, a teaspoon at a time.
You can make it as thick or thin as you want to, adding more or less liquid (juice).
Glaze the cold cake and let it drip down the sides
The glaze here is one of my favorites because it's super versatile - you can use any liquid, even olive oil - easy and fast.
It is a must in my opinion, with that extra sweet sensation that makes you want to eat the crunchy glazed top and leave the rest of the cake behind.
