How To make Cinnamon Bread Or Rolls
brEAD OR ROLLS:
2 c Whole milk
1/2 c Butter
1/3 c Honey
1 t Salt
3 Eggs
2 pk Yeast
6 c Flour
FILLING:
3 c Sugar
6 tb Cinnamon
6 tb Milk
For the dough, Heat milk, margarine, honey, and salt in microwave for about two minutes. Set aside to cool. Beat two eggs in a large bowl. Add lukewarm milk to eggs. Mix yeast with 3 cups flour. Stir into milk mixture. Gradually add flour to make a soft dough. Grease a large bowl and place dough in bowl turning to coat well. Place bowl in warm place and let dough rise until doubled in size. divide dough into three equal parts and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Roll or stretch each piece into a rectangle. Brush each rectangle with 2 tbsp. milk, then sprinkle with mix of cinnamon and sugar. Roll up dough snugly, jelly roll style. Coil each roll into an 'S' shape in a greased bread pan. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 deg f for 35 minutes. Remove from pan a soon as baking is complete. Cool on wire rack. This dough makes excellant dinner rolls if done without the filling. It also makes a good tea ring.

Ingredients for making quick and easy cinnamon rolls
To make the bread dough
All purpose flour/Bread flour:
Milk (If you don’t want to add milk, you can use plain water instead).
Unsalted Butter (softened)
Egg(at Room Temperature)
Sugar
Salt
Yeast (instant /active dried yeast)
For the filling
Soft Brown sugar (packed cup)
Unsalted Butter(softened)
Cinnamon powder
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream cheese
Unsalted butter
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla powder
A pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
If you want more thinner frosting, you can add 1-2 tbsp milk into it

Nutrition: around 280 calories and 26 grams of protein!! So good paired with berries as a super satisfying breakfast or snack.
Cloud bread: beat 1 cup egg whites and when fluffy, add 1 Tbsp corn starch and bake at 300°F for 23 minutes
Filling: 1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine mixed with 1 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon
Glaze: mix 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla and stevia and mix

All you need is????
For the Cinnamon swirl:
150g light brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
120g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cake:
360g plain flour
200g caster sugar
4 tsp baking powder
300ml whole milk, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, lightly beaten, room temperature
110g unsalted butter, melted
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
For the Glaze:
200g icing Sugar
50ml milk
Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 160C (fan) 40-45 mins - or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean

This soft and fluffy bread has thick swirls of cinnamon sugar throughout that is sure to impress. You will wish you made two of these yeast-raised loaves! I LOVE cinnamon swirl bread but the store-bought ones are usually dry and disappointing! This homemade bread is is buttery soft, and the cinnamon is warm and cozy. Perfectly sweet, so fun to make and it's great for making french toast too!!
