How To make No Fat Banana Muffins
1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts -salt
optional
1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 Egg whites
2 lg Ripe bananas :
mashed
2/3 c Skim milk
1/3 c Corn Syrup
Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In large bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly. Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup. Add flour mixture; stir until well blended. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake in 400 deg. oven 22 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove: cool on wire rack. Makes 12 muffins. I've created this low calorie banana bread recipe after so many requests. This tastes just like regular banana bread but the only difference is that in the calories. The regular banana bread slice has 200 calories while this version has only 58 Calories per slice.

Egg: 1, medium (58-60 grams)
All purpose/Whole wheat flour: 1 cup (150 grams)
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
Ripe bananas: 2, small (200 grams)
