How To make Banana Chip Muffins
Ingredients
1 3/4
cup
flour, all-purpose
1/2
cup
sugar
3
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
chocolate chips, semisweet
1
each
egg
1/4
cup
oil
1/4
cup
milk
1
cup
bananas, mashed
Directions:
Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a well in centre. Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk, and bananas. Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Chocolate chips - 1 cup (150 g + 20 g)
Bake in preheated oven (175°C) for 18 - 20 mins
Made 12 muffins

Bake at 180C for 20 mins.

-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)

-1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

You won't be able to get enough of these delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins! My secret ingredient takes these banana chocolate chip muffins to the next scrumptious level ????

CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS
3 medium ripe bananas
1 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 Cup granulated sugar
1 tsp instand espresso powder
1/3 Cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 room temperature egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas then add egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Gently fold in dry ingredients until almost combined. Add chocolate chips and fold together. Don't over mix. Fill 12 muffin cups with batter. Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 18-22 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
