Beef burger with fusion sauce
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Fusion sauce
- Jalapenos (pickled) 1 chopped
- Iceberg ¼ chopped
- Pepper sauce 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Knorr tomato ketchup 2 tbs
Caramelize onion (optional)
- Butter 1 tbs
- Onion sliced 1
- Brown sugar ½ tsp
Beef patty:
- Beef qeema (mince) 500 gms
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Ande ki zardi (egg yolk) 1
- Parsley/ Coriander 2 tbs chopped
- Namak (salt) 1 ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (black pepper) 1 ½ tsp
- Lehsan (garlic) grated 3-4 cloves
- Knorr Chili Garlic Sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Cheese slice
Assembling:
- Burger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Iceberg
- Tomato slices
- Beef patty with cheese
- Special sauce
- Onion (caramelized or raw sliced)
- Jalapenos
Directions:
Fusion Sauce: Chop jalapenos and iceberg lettuce. Mix all sauces in a bowl and add jalapenos and iceberg. Mix well. Sauce is ready set aside.
Caramelized Onion (It’s an optional step): Cut onion in slices. In a frying pan heat butter, add onion and fry them for a min. Add brown sugar and let onion simmer for 8-10 minutes. Once brown and soft, dish them out and set aside.
Beef burger Patty: In a bowl add minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, Parsley/ coriander, salt, black pepper, grated garlic and chili garlic sauce. Mix well and make patty. While making beef patty, keep your hand gentle, don’t press very hard and once patty is made press lightly in the middle (making a soft well). Make desired size patty. From 500gms 3 large and 4 medium size patties can be made. Refrigerate beef patties for 10-20 mins.
Heat Oil in a grill or pan fry patty for 5-6 mins each side. Don’t flip again and again. When one side is done then flip and let other side cook. Add cheese slice on fried side so the cheese melts and add flavor to the patty
Assembling Burger: In assembling you can add any vegetable of your choice and assemble burger any ways you like. How we did is: On bun spread mayonnaise, ice burg lettuce leaf, tomato slices, beef patty with cheese, fusion sauce, caramelized onion or raw onion slices, jalapenos slices and top bun.

- Cheese slice hasb e zaroorat
Assembling:
- Burger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Iceberg
- Tomato slices
- Beef patty with cheese
- Fusion sauce
- Onion (caramelized or raw sliced)
- Jalapenos
Directions:
•Fusion Sauce:
-Jalapenos aur iceberg lettuce ko chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein tamam sauces, jalapenos aur iceberg shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker k side per rakh dein.
-Fusion sauce tayyar hai.
Caramelized Onion (It’s an optional step):
-Onion ko slices mein cut ker lein.
-Frying pan mein makhan garam karein aur onion ko ek minute kliya fry ker lein.
-Brown sugar dal ker 8-10 mintues kliya simmer ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Beef burger Patty:
-Bowl mein beef qeema, worcestershire sauce, ande ki zardi,parsley/hara dhania,namak,kali mirch,lehsan (grated) aur chili garlic sauce dal ker mix karein aur patty bana lein.
-Beef patty banana kliya naram haathon sa patty bana lein,dabana nahi hai.500gms sa 3 baday aur 4 darmiyana size k patties bun saktay han.Patties ko 10-12 mins kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Grill per oil garam karein aur patty dono sides sa fry ker lein.Bar bar palatna nahi hai.Jab ek side pak jaye tou dosri side pakayein.
-Fried side per cheese slice rakh k cheese melt karein.
Assembling Burger:
-Bun k upper mayonnaise laga ker phela lein,iceburg lettuce,tamatar slice,beef patty with cheese,fusion sauce,caramelized onion ya kachay onion slices,jalapenos slices aur bun ker k serve karein.

Vegetarian Mushroom Melt Burger Recipe that WON'T FALL APART!
LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY VEGAN BEET MUSHROOM MELT BURGER AT HOME!
LAY HO MA!! Everybody loves a good burger. It's a comfort food that will always have a place in my kitchen and MAN, is this burger ever delicious! Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy vegan mushroom melt beet burger right at home. Let's begin
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats (can use GF also)
100g cremini mushrooms
1/2 red onion
1 cup canned black beans
1/4 cup corn
1/2 green bell pepper
1 large cooked beet
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
pepper to taste
drizzle of olive oil
200g fresh shiitake
2 burger buns
2 slices your favourite plantbased cheese
chickpea mayo to taste (
wasabi to taste
few leaves romaine lettuce
few slices red onion
Directions:
1. Blend up the rolled oats in the food processor for a few seconds
2. Add the cremini mushrooms to the food processor. Roughly chop the red onion and add to the food processor along with the black beans, corn, green bell pepper, and the beet
3. Add the salt, garlic/onion powders, cumin, smoked paprika, some pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil to the food processor. Blend for about 45 seconds
4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Then, cut a sheet of parchment paper into 6 squares that are about 4x4 inches each
5. Rub your hands with a little bit of olive oil. Then, scoop about a 1/2 cup worth of burger mixture to shape with your hands (try not to keep the mixture on your hands for too long). Place the burger patty onto one of the pieces of parchment paper. Repeat until you're out of mixture (should have 6 patties)
6. Refrigerate the patties for 15-20min before cooking to firm them up
7. In the meantime, thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms
8. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Toast the burger buns for about 30sec on each side. Then, set them aside
9. Drizzle some olive oil into the pan. Then, sauté the shiitake mushrooms for 4-5min. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper
10. Set the mushrooms aside once they are nice and crispy
11. Add another small drizzle of olive oil into the pan. Add two of the burger patties and cook for 3min
12. Carefully flip the burger patties. Then, place a slice of cheese on each patty and some of the shiitake mushrooms on top
13. Cover the pan with a lid and melt the cheese for about 1min
14. Combine the mayo and wasabi together
15. Assemble the burger by spreading some of the wasabi mayo on the bottom bun. Then, add some romaine lettuce leaves followed by the mushroom melt beet burger and some thinly sliced red onions

How to Make Cream of Mushroom Burgers~Easy Cooking
In this easy cooking video, I make some burgers with Cream of Mushroom Soup, in my toaster oven. The ingredients I used are 1 lb of lean ground beef, and a 22.6 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. I seasoned the hamburger meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. The total cooking time is about 18-20 minutes.
