How To make Lazy Salmon Cakes
1/2 c Mashed potato, 1 medium
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Lemon or orange peel dry
1/2 ts Dry dill or 1/4 c fresh dill
1/2 ts Dry cilantro /fresh parsley
1/4 md Onion, chopped
7 1/2 oz Can salmon, no skin, bones
1 Egg
Re "Lazy" - this was based on a recipe posted by Michelle Bass, Cooking Echo, Sept 17/93. I was too lazy to bake the potato, beat the egg white or make the sauce. Mash potato and allow it to cool. Mix with lemon juice, seasonings, onion and then mix in the salmon. Mix in beaten egg. Form the mixture into 4 patties or 6 smaller ones. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Spray or wipe with canola. Fry the cakes for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedge. Makes 2 servings for hungry eaters, 3 smaller ones. RECIPE:
2 6oz cans of wild Pink salmon drained
1 large organic egg
1 1/2 tbsp paleo mayonnaise, such as Primal Kitchen
3/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp chopped organic green onion
1/4 C fine ground almond flour
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp Avocado oil
Cook approximately 3-4 min on each side
Enjoy with tartar sauce!

How to bake crispy Salmon fish recipe / lazy days recipe
Baked Salmon easy one pan fish recipe pair it with white rice or just enjoy it with your veggies ???? I was so lazy to cook and this recipe is just so easy yet delicious
INGREDIENTS
1 kg Salmon fish
1 ½ tblsp Garam Masala
1 tbls Salt (as per taste )
1 tblsp Chilli ( as per taste )
white or black pepper 1 tsp
veggies of your choice
2 tblsp Oil for vegetables

Salmon and Shrimp Patties
Ingredients:
Leftover Salmon (Or canned salmon, it is your choice)
Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs (Beaten)
2 teaspoons ole bay
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking shrimp until done, chop up and mix with salmon. Add your seasonings and binders and form patties. Get a hot skillet and fill up to about ¾ inch in oil. We are not deep frying the salmon patties, just pan searing. Get the oil hot to 335 and put the patties in. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side and drain on paper towel. Add your favorite sweet chili sauce and enjoy.
For the potatoes (I used about 2.5 pounds of potatoes:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ stick butter (4 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
½ cup freshly grated parmesan (Or not freshly grated)
Parsley
Cut your potatoes and let them soak in water for about 20 minutes. Clean and complete dry and then coat in grapeseed oil, and seasonings and put in air fryer. If doing one layer at a time, Air fry each batch for 12 mins, flipping halfway through, on 360. If you are like me and too lazy for all of that, through the whole bunch in, air fry for 20 mins, shaking the basket halfway through to make sure they all get crispy.
Easy Oven Baked Salmon Patties Using Canned Salmon
Easy Oven Baked Salmon Patties is what I have up on the channel today. Very simple to make and using canned salmon.
You can use normal salmon too but just chop them up to smaller pieces. These are very flavourful and not greasy since I oven baked them. If you are in a hurry and want to pan fry them, then feel free to do so.
Also, these are very versatile and adding your favourite veggies is great too. Be it jalapenos, red peppers for some colour and more spice.

- 1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic grated/ crushed
- A handful of coriander/ parsley finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
