How To make Layered Black Bean Dip
15 oz Black Beans, Rinsed And
-Drained, 1 Can 4 1/4 oz Ripe Olives; Chopped,
-Drained, 1 Can 1 sm Onion; Finely Chopped
1 md Garlic Clove; Finely Chopped
2 tb Vegetable Oil
2 tb Lime Juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Red Pepper; Crushed
1/4 ts Cumin; Ground
1/8 ts Pepper
8 oz Cream Cheese; Softened, 1
-Pkg 2 lg Eggs; Hard Boiled, Peeled
-And Chopped 1 lg Green Onion; Sliced
15 oz Tortilla Chips; 1 Pkg
Mix the beans, olives, onion, garlic, oil, lime juice, salt, red pepper, cumin and pepper, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a serving plate. Spoon the bean mixture evenly over the cream cheese. Arrange the eggs on the bean mixture in a ring around the edge of the plate, then sprinkle with the onion. Serve with the tortilla chips. INGREDIENTS
2 cups (380 g) cooked pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup (60 ml) juice of pickled jalapeño
1/2 tsp (2.5 g) salt
1/4 tsp (.5 g) pepper
1 tsp (4 g) garlic powder
1 tsp (4 g) onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp (4 g) chili powder
8 oz (227 g) chunky salsa of your choice
10 oz (454 g) sour cream
3 oz (90 g ) cheddar cheese (shredded)
small 2.25 oz can (64 g) sliced black olives (drained)
3 scallions (55 g) (chopped)
NOTE: Add a layer of fresh avocado ir guacamole to make this a 7 layered dip

Ingredients:
1 lb cooked ground beef/taco meat
16 or 30 oz can of refried beans (400 to 850g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of salsa (260 to 390g)
1 1/2 to 2 cups of sour cream (240 to 360g)
1 1/2 to 2 cups of guacamole (224 to 336g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (84 to 125g)
1/2 cup diced tomato (100g)
1/2 cup sliced olives (90g)
1/2 cup chopped green onion (50g)
*These measurements DO NOT have to be exact and you can easily substitute layers for other ingredients.
