How to Make Vegetable Soup Recipe
Vegetable soup

Take a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil
After oil get's heated add chopped beans, carrots and capsicum
Cook the veggies for a min don't over cook the veggies
Add 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Now add 1 tsp tasting powder (ajinomoto) optional or else add vinegar
Give it a mix
After all the veggies gets saute well then add 3 glasses of water
Add 1 tsp salt or add as per your taste
Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 2-3 min until it gest a boil
When it's boiling add one egg and stir it continuously
Now add cornflour slurry to thicken the soup
Keep stirring continuously
And cook it for another 2 mins
Soup is ready Serve it hot
Enjoy

Ghana beans stew| Red-Red| Without palm-oil.
This beans stew is scrumptious! It tastes so good with ripe plantain, however, the stew goes very well with Ampesi (yam, green plantain) etc. or rice- it's so good that you can have it on its own! Traditionally, beans stew is made with red palm oil - I made mine with olive oil though.

Ingredients:
700g Black-eyed beans
A pinch of salt
1 1/2 Oil ( I used olive oil, you can use any type of oil you have)
400g chopped tomatoes (a whole can)
Thumb-sized stem of ginger
1 1/2 onion
4 scotch bonnets (depending on how spicy you like your food)
1 Shrimp stock cube
1 1/2 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp White pepper

EAT MORE PLANTS! | Vegan Tortilla Soup + Tostadas Recipe
EAT MORE MOTHERF*CKING PLANTS! ????????
✨Recipe:
For Soup,
2-3 c. Zucchini/Yellow Squash
32 oz. Vegetable (or vegan chicken) Broth
3/4 c. Yellow Onions
1 c. Red/Green (or any variety) Bell Peppers
16 oz. Canned diced tomatoes (In water/broth; I used the fire-roasted)
10 oz. Fresh/Frozen corn
10 oz. Jackfruit (canned/airtight packaged; I used Upton's Naturals' Chili Lime Carnitas flavored!)
To taste:
-Canned Chipotles in Adobo
-Holy Trinity Tex Mex seasoning (Cumin, Chili Powder, Paprika)
-Salt/Pepper
-Cilantro (garnish)
▶️Sautee onions/bell peppers in olive Oil. Cook 'till soft. Season. Add Jackfruit; crisp edges. Add canned tomatoes, broth, and corn. Cover + let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add squash/zucchini. Cover + let simmer on LOW for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with cilantro/avocado and DONE.
For Taquitos:
6-8 corn tortillas
8 oz. can Black Beans (rinsed)
1 cup Vegan meatless crumbles (I
✨I adapted this recipe from my mom, who makes the best tortilla soup I've EVER had. Except, mine is the plant based, dairy, + meat-free version! My goal is NOT to make people Go Vegan, nor am I one of those crazy, angry vegans who've convinced themselves that biased criticism is beneficial. I just want MFs to eat more plants! Because, they heal.
