How To make Keema Pimento (Beef with Green Pepper)
1 lg Green pepper cut into strips
3 tb Peanut oil
2 md Onions chopped
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Ground cummin
2 ts Garam masala
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Chili powder
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Beef stock - optional
Brown meat, drain and set aside Fry the strips of green pepper in peanut oil for about one minute. Take them out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Fry the onions in the oil remaining in the pan until onions are golden brown. Mix the salt and pepper with the spices and add to the onions. Cook for two minutes, stirring all the time Stir in the meat, stir occasionally to make sure meat does not stick. Add a little stock or water if necessary. Cook for about 15 minutes, then add the green pepper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Water 2 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Salt 3/4 Tsp
Green Chillies 2

JAMAICAN STYLE PEPPER LAMB AND CHEESE PUFF PASTRY
Juicy, tender, lamb strips in a delicious marinate, made with onion, garlic, thyme, scotch bonnet, sweet peppers and a variety of Jamaican seasonings.
Wrapped in puff pastry and mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection. These were absolutely incredible.

COOK TIME: 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES

1tbsp OLIVE OIL
1tbsp HOMEMADE GREEN SEASONING ( RECIPES UP ON MY CHANNEL)
1 1/2tbsp ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1 1/2tbsp LAMB SEASONING
1tbsp GARLIC POWDER

INGREDIENTS: (Filling)
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups hot water
1 tsp green seasoning
3 cloves garlic diced
1/2 medium onion diced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
Bell peppers
Seasoning peppers
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp celery
1 tsp parsley
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce(Browning can substitute)

2 cups flour
1/4cup flour(for dusting)
1 cup cold butter(8 oz)
4-6 tbsp cold water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

For 3 large bell peppers:
1 cup medium grain rice
Washed and soaked for 1 hour
2/3 lb ground beef
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1/3 cup water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp safflower or paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
Cover in water
1/4 cup tomato paste
8 cloves of garlic Pounded with 2 tsp salt
2 lemons

Beef Minced (Qeema) 1 & 1/2 Kg
Onion (Pyaz) Chopped & Squeezed 1 cup
Raw Papaya (Kacha Papita) Paste 3 Tbsp
Garlic/Ginger (Lehsan/Adrak) Paste 2 Tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) Roasted 4 Tbsp
Fried Onion Chopped 3 Tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1/2 tsp
Salt (Namak) 1 Tbsp
Long Pepper (Pipli) Powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder 1 Tbsp
Cumin (Zeera) Powder 1 Tbsp
Citric Acid (Tatri) 1 tsp
AllSpice (Kabab Chini) Powder 1 tsp
Clove (Long) 8 pcs
Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) 1 Tbsp
Black Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) 2 pcs
Cinnamon Stick (Daar Chini) 1 inch
Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 1/2 Tbsp
HOW TO COOK:
============
- Grind cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black pepper, allspice, and long pepper into a coarse powder.
- Chop minced beef, onion (chopped and squeezed), raw papaya chopped, ginger/garlic paste. gram flour, fried onion, carom seeds, salt, citric acid, red chili powder, and the ground spices from step 1 until well combined.
- Refrigerate and marinate for 8 hours.
FOR PAN FRYING:

-Take the marinated mixture and make a into a ball. Spread the kababs on a skewer.
- In a frying pan add cooking oil and fry kababs on medium flame from all sides until done.
FOR GRILLING/BBQ:
================
- Put the skewers on a hot grill at medium flame.
- Rotate the skewers and brusk the kababs with oil as needed.
- Grill from all sides until kababs are done.
- Serve warm and Enjoy!
