INGREDIENTS:
900g Flank Steak
2 each Red and Green Bell Peppers
1 Onion
SLURRY:
400ml Beef Stock
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tsp Sesame Oil
3 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
MEAT MARINADE:
2 Stock Cubes (I used Knorr Chicken Cubes)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsbp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
1/3 Cup Honey
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Black Pepper

1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Peanut Oil
1kg (2.2lbs) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 - Brown (Yellow) Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 - Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), Thinly Sliced
1 - Carrot, Washed & Grated
1 - Bunch Broccolini, Chopped (300g - 10.5oz)
Seasoning To Taste
Sauce -
100ml (100g) - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Rice Vinegar
70g (2.4oz) - Brown Sugar
3 tsp (15ml) - Toasted Sesame Oil
5 - Cloves Garlic, Minced
15g (0.5oz) - Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Seasoning To Taste
Garnish
1 - Spring Onion, Sliced (Optional)
Sesame Seeds To Taste (Optional)
Jasmine Rice
300g (1 1/2 Cups) - Jasmine Rice, Washed
500g (2 Cups) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste
Recipe Notes -
Always freeze before 3 days if you know this won’t be eaten before then. I said 5 days in the video but disregard that and stick to 3.

Ground beef peppers and onionIngredients:
1 medium onion medium diced
1 cup colored bell pepper
Salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 pound (454g) ground beef
1 cup hot water
2 1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon corn starch
For garnish sliced chives
Recipe:
-Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil
-Add the diced onion season with salt so the onion will not get burned
-sauté until translucent and crunchy
-In the same pan heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil if needed
-Add the colored bell pepper, season with salt and black pepper
-Sauté for 1 minute or less, make sure that the crunchiness is still there
Ground beef recipe:
-In the same pan add the ground beef
-Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
-Add the crushed garlic
-Cook the ground beef for 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink
-Mix the hot water with soy sauce and brown sugar
-Add to the beef
-Mix the tomato juice with corn starch until smooth
-Add to the beef
-When boils lower the heat cover the pan and simmer for half an hour
-Before serving add the onion and colored bell pepper
-Mix so the will get hot but still crunchy
-Garnish with sliced chives
-Serve with white rice

Healthy Low-Calorie Bell Pepper Steak
????Low-Calorie Meal Recipe???? Bell Pepper Steak ????
Recipe yields 2 servings. Each serving has 445 Cal, if you add rice (2/3cup): about 600 Cal/serving.
Ingredients:
???? 2 bell peppers of your choice (I chose 1 green, 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow)
???? 1 tbsp olive oil
???? 500g steak, thinly sliced
???? 2 cloves of garlic, minced
???? 1/4 tsp ginger powder ???? 1/4 cup soy sauce (low salt)
???? 1/4 cup of water
???? 3 tbsp flour
???? 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
???? Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut bell peppers and steak into thin slices and set aside
2. Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat in a pan
3. Add bell peppers to the pan, cook until tender (about 3 min), then set aside
4. Add 1/2 tbsp of the remaining olive oil to the pan, add steak and season with salt and pepper
5. Cook steak until well done
6. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and flour until well combined
7. When the steak is well done, add garlic and ginger to the pan, then mix
8. Place the bell peppers back in the pan with the steak
9. Pour sauce over the steak mixture, cook until sauce thickens (about 3min), then serve with rice.
