How To make Ground Beef Oriental
1 Lb. ground beef
salt and pepper 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Medium onions -- chopped
1 1/2 C. water
1/4 C. soy sauce
1 Can Chinese noodles
1 C. chopped celery
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. instant rice
Season beef and brown in 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion and celery; cook until tender. Combine soups, soy sauce and water. In oiled casserole (1 tablespoon oil), place dry rice. Cover with meat mixture, then top with soup mixture. Bake 30 minutes, covered, at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes more. (Total cooking time: 1 hour and 15 minutes.)

Easy Asian Ground Beef and Cabbage Skillet | 1 Pound Beef Feeding 4 Hungry People
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 sliced red bell peppers
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
Sauce:
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoison sauce
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. chili garlic sambal or siracha
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
In a skillet on medium high heat add ground beef. Cook and chop until almost no pink.
Add minced garlic, ginger and onions. Cook and stir for one minute.
Turn heat down to medium. Add shredded cabbage a little at a time and stir to incorporate.
Add shredded carrots and stir.
Place on lid and cook for 2 minutes. Take off lid and stir, place on lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes. This will help steam and cook the cabbage.
Add bell peppers. Stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Pour in sauce. Stir and cook one minute.
Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients -
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Peanut Oil
1kg (2.2lbs) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 - Brown (Yellow) Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 - Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), Thinly Sliced
1 - Carrot, Washed & Grated
1 - Bunch Broccolini, Chopped (300g - 10.5oz)
Seasoning To Taste
Sauce -
100ml (100g) - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Rice Vinegar
70g (2.4oz) - Brown Sugar
3 tsp (15ml) - Toasted Sesame Oil
5 - Cloves Garlic, Minced
15g (0.5oz) - Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Seasoning To Taste
Garnish
1 - Spring Onion, Sliced (Optional)
Sesame Seeds To Taste (Optional)
Jasmine Rice
300g (1 1/2 Cups) - Jasmine Rice, Washed
500g (2 Cups) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste
Recipe Notes -
Always freeze before 3 days if you know this won’t be eaten before then. I said 5 days in the video but disregard that and stick to 3.

ingredients:
1¼ pounds (560g) Ground beef
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon Ginger, Grated
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
4-6 cups cooked rice
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Make the sauce: in a bowl mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper and red chili flakes. set aside.
2. In a large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Increase to high heat, add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
3. Pour the sauce over the ground beef, add 1/2 of the chopped green onions and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve with hot rice and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

SHAKING BEEF | BO LUC LAC⤵️
MARINADE
2 lbs beef, cubed. I used ribeye
A lot of minced garlic (like 10 cloves)
3 TBSP oyster sauce
2.5 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
3 TBSP oil of choice- I used vegetable
2.5 TBSP sugar
1 tsp black pepper
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP butter
3 bell peppers, any color
1. Combine all of your ingredients listed under marinade and marinate at least 10 mins at room temp (or over night but in the fridge)
2. Then on a skillet with some heat, cook/ sear your beef. About 1 minute each side (2 mins total). I cooked mine in 2 batches
3. In the same skillet after everything is seared, sauté onions for 2 minutes.
4. Then add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes
5. Then add your beef back in along with 2 TBSP salted butter. Cook until butter is half way melted. Then turn off heat & continue mixing untold butter is all the way melted
6. Serve with rice, fried egg, and salt, pepper lime dip
