How To make Ground Beef Cheese Custard
1 Lb. beef
2 Tsp. salt
4 eggs
slightly beaten
1 Tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
1 C. milk
1 1/2 C. shredded cheese
few grains garlic 3 Slices bread :
buttered,
toasted and cut into 1-inch squares
Spread ground beef in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix eggs, mustard, garlic, milk and flour. Pour over hot beef. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over all. Cover the top evenly with toasted bread squares. Bake until cheese custard is set, 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.

- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
(1/2 Muỗng cà phê bột Tỏi)
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika Powder
(1/2 Muỗng cà phê bột ớt Paprika)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
(1 Muỗng canh Sốt Cà Chua)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
(1/2 Muỗng cà phê Muối)
- Black Pepper
(Tiêu)
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
(1 Muỗng canh Tương Cà Chua)
- Corn Starch Mix(1 Tbps Corstarch + 50ml Water)
Nước Bột Bắp(1 Muỗng canh Bột Bắp + 50 Nước)

{Ingredients}
-Ground Beef
-2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup of Cheese

Basic Custard Recipe:
1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 C whole milk
1/4 C Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp salt
(You can add any additional ingredients desired)
I added ground beef, bacon bits, and cheese
Mix above ingredients together then pour into a buttered ramekin. Place ramekin into a baking pan, and pour hot water into the pan about an inch up the side of the dish.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
