In this video, we're going to share with you my low-carb chocolate lava cake recipe. These low-carb chocolate lava cake bites are a great healthy treat. They're like brownies, and they're delicious. This low-carb chocolate lava cake recipe is fast and easy to make, and it has almond flour instead of regular flour.
Some people have a tendency to go overboard with a treat after a meal and have way too much. This low-carb chocolate lava cake recipe makes a small batch of perfectly proportioned bite-sized chocolate cakes that you can have as easy treats over just a few days.
Chocolate Lava Cake Bites
Ingredients:
2 tbl almond flour
4 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbl powdered non-sugar sweetener of choice
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 tbl melted butter
1 large egg
3 tbl sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
Grease a mini muffin pan (8 wells) or use mini muffin cups.
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Blend wet into dry and mix well with a wooden spoon. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Gently remove and serve warm.
You can top it with sugar-free whipped cream (or lightly Stevia-sweetened organic whipped cream!).

Gluten Free Chocolate Quinoa Cake I Easy Upgrades
In this episode you will learn our families favorite gluten-free flourless chocolate quinoa cake. It's simple to make and you'll love how tasty and healthy it is. Recipe
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup milk (your choice of cow, almond, etc...)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup butter or coconut oil - melted
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup sun-dried cane sugar or palm sugar
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Blend the Quinoa and all wet ingredients in the blender.
Add dry ingredients together in a bowl, mix.
Add wet ingredients from blender into bowl with dry.
Divide into pans and bake at 350 for 40minutes.
