50 calories Chocolate Cake Recipe ( Use an 8 INCH PAN) :
- 80 g room temp Skim Milk ( 1/3 cup )
- 180 g room temp Unsweetened Plain Yogurt ( 6.5 ounces)
- 60 g Oats ( 2 Sachets OR 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 100 g Truvia Sugar (1/2 cup) ( I used Truvia, if you use another type of sugar you may need less or more! )
- 1 room temp Egg
- 50 g Cocoa Powder ( 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp )
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Vanilla optional
Skinny Ganache ( optional But RECOMMENDED):
- 70 g Chocolate (2.5 ounces)
- 45 g Milk ( 3 tbsp )
- 20 g Yogurt ( 1 tbsp) I know it looks more than 1 tbsp in the video, but I didn't notice my camera wasn't filming and I had already added some milk to the yogurt. I decided to keep filming to not waste the ingredients.)
- Sweetner, add to your liking!
DO NOT REFRIGERATE THIS CAKE. Leave the cake at room temp. If you do choose to refrigerate it, please keep in mind the ganache will harden ( as ganache always hardens in the fridge) and you'll have to microwave the cake for 20 seconds to soften the ganache again before eating. Recipe makes 10 servings.
Enjoy!

2-minute Healthy Chocolate Cake in the Microwave (vegan, gluten-free & refined sugar-free)
How to make a 2 minute Healthy Chocolate Cake in the Microwave???? This is the easiest chocolate cake recipe ever! You only need 4 ingredients! This cake is vegan, gluten-free, flourless & refined sugar-free! It is super fudgy, chocolaty and delicious! If you want to add some extra sweetness to it, you can of course add some maple syrup to the batter, for example!☺️
This recipe makes about 2 servings
2 minute Healthy Chocolate Cake in the Microwave
Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup almond/peanut butter (60 ml) (I use an almond/peanut butter that is 100% made of nuts)
2 tablespoons cacao powder (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
3. Pour into a greased bowl or mug. Microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (800W). Or if you don’t have a microwave, you can bake it at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes
4. Enjoy straight from the bowl/mug or wait for the cake to cool down for a few minutes then cover the bowl with a plate and flip them both upside down, so that the cake falls onto the plate. Serve with some berries, for example!
