Lazy Lasagna Casserole
Y'all are going to love my Lazy Lasagna recipe. It is a cheat on one of our favorite casseroles, Lasagna, but without all the extra work. So I knew this would be a great addition to our Marching in With Casseroles 2023. Let me know what you think about this version and y'all enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained of grease.
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 25 ounce bag of cheese raviolis (no need to thaw)
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Spoon enough spaghetti sauce into a 9x9 prepared dish just to cover.
Add one layer of raviolis
Again spoon sauce over the raviolis.
Spread half of the prepared ground beef over the sauce.
Add 1/3 of the cheese and sprinkle with the seasonings.
Repeat steps again and then top with last layer of raviolis.
Top with remaining sauce and cheese. sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Back in a preheated 350°F oven for 30-40 minutes.

- 1 Lb or More Ground Beef
- 8 to 10 Lasagna Sheets (Do NOT purchase the oven ready kind.)
- 1 Shallot Diced
- 2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- Mozzarella and/or Provolone Cheese Shredded or slices
- Parmesan Cheese (Garnish)
SAUCE:
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 to 2 Diced Shallots
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- One 28oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- Water or Beef Broth (Fill the 28oz can halfway)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning (Added off camera)
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)
- Fresh Oregano (Optional)

Im a BIG PASTA LOVER!!!! when it comes to my favorite food other than enchiladas and tacos, pasta is my second choice! but when its homemade ugh it just hits different! yes its time consuming but its so worth every second, specially after getting all the compliments! ????

Ingredients: 9X13 deep baking dish (12 lasagna sheets)
1/2 white onion;diced
3 tbsp freshly chopped parsely
3 tbsp freshly chopped basil
2 lbs ground beef or 1 lb beef and 1 lbs mild Italian sausage
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1-2 tsp crushed pepper
salt to tatse
2 minced garlic cloves
28 oz Cento crushed tomatoes
15 oz Cento tomato sauce
4 oz Hatch green chiles
1/2 cup water
4 tsp sugar
15 oz ricotta mixed with 1/4 cup paresan cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsely and S&P
1 lb freshly gratd mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup romano cheese
3/4 cup parmasan cheese

This Beef Lasagna Casserole is one of the classic Italian casserole recipes with ground beef that's made easy. lasagna/lazanya is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù (ground meats and tomato sauce) and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil. The dish may be topped with melted grated mozzarella cheese. Typically, the cooked or oven-ready pasta is assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven. The resulting lasagne casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.
Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
3 tbsp of olive oil
a mix of basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary 1 tbsp or dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
black pepper ½ tsp
salt to taste (around 1tsp )( remember that cheddar cheese is salty)
ground meat 1 kg (beef or mutton)
chopped tomatoes 800g
water to cook for 30 minutes
For bechamel /white sauce:
butter 4 tbsp
flour 4 tbsp
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
cold milk 3 cups
Pan Size: 22 x 32 cm
