How To make Easy Turkey Lasagna
Ingredients
3
cup
spaghetti sauce, chunky style
2
cup
turkey, cooked, chopped
1
each
zucchini, small, shredded (1 cup)
6
each
lasagna noodles, uncooked
1
cup
ricotta cheese
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese, grated
1
teaspoon
oregano
2
cup
mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix spaghetti sauce, turkey and zucchini. Spread 1 1/2 cups of this mixture in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1/2. Top with 3 noodles.
Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and oregano; spread over noodles in dish. Spread with 1 1/2 cups of the turkey mixture. Top with remaining noodles and turkey mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15
minutes before cutting.
Makes 8 servings.
Notes: You can replace the ricotta cheese with small curd cureamed cottage cheese.
Time Saver: You can cover and refrigerate unbaked lasagna for up to 24 hours, or wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. When ready, bake refrigerated lasagna uncoverd as directed in recipe, or bake frozen lasagna, uncovered at 375 F. for about 1 hour.

The layers of ricotta and mozzarella make this an extra cheesy lasagna, and y’all know I love cheese, lol! Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a comfort meal your family will love.

0:25 - Brown the turkey.
0:30 - Sprinkle in the seasonings.

4 15 oz cans tomato sauce
Ricotta cheese (to taste)
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese

5 tablespoons Italian seasoning (3 for ground meat, 2 for tomato sauce)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tomato bouillon cube
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon grape-seed oil
