How To make Cocoa Bundt Cake
1 2/3 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 c Shortening
1 1/3 c Buttermilk or sour milk *
1 ts Vanilla
Chocolate glaze (recipe foll -ws) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan. In large mixer bowl, blend flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add remaining ingredients except Chocolate Glaze. Beat on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze. * To sour milk: Use 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar plus milk to equal 1 1/2 cups

Full Recipe:
1 (15.25-oz) box Devil's Food cake mix
1 (5.9-oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 8-oz. container sour cream
1 10-oz. bag mini chocolate chips.
Ganache Glaze
8 oz. Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the first 6 ingredients and stir together well by hand or using a mixer. Fold in the chocolate chips. Batter will be thick. Spoon into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until a tooth inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool in the pan 5 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Meanwhile prepare the glaze and allow it to cool 30 to 60 minutes. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until bubbles form around the edges. Place chocolate in a bowl and pour hot cream over it. Let stand 5 minutes. Whisk until it combines into a glossy sauce. Cool 30 to 45 minutes to allow it to thicken.
Place the cake on the cooling rack over a large plate or pan. Pour glaze over cake. Collect any glaze that dropped onto the pan and use it to cover any bare spots. Enjoy!
