Ingredients (serves 10 cookies) * 1 1/2 cup of oats * 3 scoops of @ilikechike High-Protein Coffee in Cinnamon * 1/4 cup of coconut flour * 1/2 tsp of baking powder * 1/4 tsp of sea salt flakes * 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit * 1/2 cup of monk fruit * 2 whole eggs (room temperature) * 1 yolk * 2 tsp of vanilla extract * 1/2 cup of almond butter * 1/4 cup of raisins Sugar-Free Frosting * 1 cup of powdered granulated monk fruit * 1 tsp of vanilla extract * 2-3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk Instructions 1. These oatmeal bars by Symbowl make a great snack for anytime.
Combine all ingredients and place in a lightly greased 9”x13” pan. Press down firmly and evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Invert into a cooling rack, then allow to cool before cutting into 12 equal bars.
