These are gluten-free, egg-free, sugar-free, fiber-packed, and absolutely delicious!!!
Here is what you need:
Cinnamon Oatmeal Waffles
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
✔2 cups oat flour, or ground oats
✔1 tbs baking powder
✔1/2 tsp sea salt
✔1 tbsp cinnamon, optional
✔3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, or soy milk
✔1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
✔3 Tbsps maple syrup, or raw honey
✔1 tsp pure vanilla extract
✔Fresh apples, pecans, and maple to garnish.
Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron.
Place in a bowl oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, and mix.
Add milk, apple sauce, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Add vinegar, mix, let sit for 5 minutes.
Ladle about 3/4 cup of the prepared batter into your preheated waffle iron.
Cook the waffles until golden for about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh apples, candied pecans, maple, and serve immediately.
Enjoy!
