1/4 cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup 1% milk

• 1 cup hot water
• 3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature (1 1/2 sticks)
• 1 cup (200 grams) packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (100 grams) all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
• 3 cups (270 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats

Ingredients (serves 10 cookies)
* 1 1/2 cup of oats
* 3 scoops of @ilikechike High-Protein Coffee in Cinnamon
* 1/4 cup of coconut flour
* 1/2 tsp of baking powder
* 1/4 tsp of sea salt flakes
* 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
* 1/2 cup of monk fruit
* 2 whole eggs (room temperature)
* 1 yolk
* 2 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup of almond butter
* 1/4 cup of raisins
Sugar-Free Frosting
* 1 cup of powdered granulated monk fruit
* 1 tsp of vanilla extract
* 2-3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 325F.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add the wet ingredients and incorporate well.
4. Create 10 cookies and bake for 12 minutes.
5. Let It cool down in the fridge. Mix the ingredients for the frosting.
6. Drizzle the sugar free frosting and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1.75 cups (260 g) bread flour
1/2 cup (75 g) whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons (38 g) sugar
1.5 teaspoon (5 g) instant yeast
1 large egg (50 g)
3/4 cup (6 oz/ 180 ml) warm whole milk, 120°F
1 teaspoon (6 g) salt
3 tablespoons (40 g) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats (Quaker old fashioned)
2/3 cup (160 ml) water
1/2 cup (70 g) raisins
Topping
1/4 cup (20 g) rolled oats (Quaker old fashioned)
2 tablespoons roasted pumpkin seeds/ sunflower seeds
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 33-35 minutes for light brown crust.
Bread Pan Size: about 8 x 4.5 inches
