2 t Pure chocolate extract
1/2 t Pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Vodka
1/2 c Sugar syrup (see recipe)
1/2 t Fresh mint (optional)
dr Peppermint extract(optional) Mix all ingredients and let mature 2 weeks. The chocolate tends to settle on the bottom and may need to be stirred before serving. Finished version will tend to be thin, but is still quite tasty and excellent for mixing in coffee or pouring over desserts. Add glycerine to thicken if desired. For chocolate mint, add 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint and a few drops of peppermint extract. Let mature 2 additional weeks. Yield: 1 pint Container: Quart jar

LIQUORE AL CIOCCOLATO Fatto in Casa Ricetta Facile - Homemade Chocolate Liqueur Easy recipe
Ricetta facilissima per un liquore goloso perfetto per le feste. Il liquore al cioccolato si prepara in pochi minuti e dopo qualche giorno di riposo è pronto per essere consumato. Si può gustare caldo o freddo e oltre ad essere perfetto a fine pasto si può usare per creare o arricchire tanti dessert al cucchiaio, seguite la ricetta e vedrete come!
Con queste dosi otteniamo 1,5 litri di liquore al cioccolato. Il liquore si conserva in frigorifero per circa sei mesi.
Qualche consiglio prima di cominciare:
Uno degli ingredienti fondamentali è la panna fresca, controllate nell’etichetta che non contenga carragenina, è una sostanza addensante. Se è presente la carragenina il liquore non viene bene e tende a solidificarsi.

Here are the recipes:
4 DIY LIQUEURS
CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
4 oz. (120 ml) Rum
50g Dark Chocolate (70%)
75g Powdered Sugar
3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Cream
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
PREPARATION
1. In a pan, mix together cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over low.
2. Slowly add the dark chocolate and stir gently until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Add rum to mix and stir until smooth. Pour mix into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
NUTELLA CREME LIQUEUR
8 oz. (240ml) Vodka
6 oz. (180ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Nutella (Room Temperature)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan whisk together nutella, sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat slowly adding whipping cream. Gently combine until smooth and creamy.
2. Continue to heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Whisk in vodka, pour mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!
IRISH CREAM
6 oz. (180ml) Irish Whiskey
4 oz. (120ml) Cream
7 oz. (210ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
PREPARATION
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until just combined.
2. Strain mix if needed.
3. Pour mix into bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
COFFEE LIQUEUR
6 oz. (180ml) Vodka
1/4 Cup Instant Coffee
8 oz. (240ml) Boiling Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
PREPARATION
1. Place coffee and water into a large bowl and stir. Add sugars and stir again until cooled slightly.
2. Add vodka and vanilla and stir again. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for two weeks. Stir every now and then.
3. Strain mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!

Chocolate liqueur: how to prepare it in a few simple steps!
INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) alcohol
200g (1 cup) white chocolate
400ml (1 3/5 cups) milk
200ml (4/5 cup) liquid cream
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
METHOD
1. Mix liquid cream in a pot over low heat. Add milk and sugar and stir until all the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the finely chopped white chocolate and mix until dissolved.
3. Let it cool.
4. Add the alcohol mix and bottle.
5. Let stand for 3 days.

This cream based white chocolate liqueur takes me back to my college years. We would start the festive season by getting together to make this super delicious drink. Just even writing this makes me so nostalgic! It’s easy to make, and the ingredients are easy to find at your local supermarket. I love the sweet creamy texture of this white chocolate liqueur with hits of vanilla in the background. Don’t wait for the season to get over to try this recipe, you must do so now!
00:00 - Melt White Chocolate with Sugar and Cream
00:22 - Stir in Milk and Vanilla and let cool
00:38 - Stir in Rum and pour into a Bottle
01:08 - Store in Fridge to cool
Ingredients
14.1 ounces White Chocolate bar *see Notes
1 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar optional
1/2 cup Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence or ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1 cup Light Rum
