A Simple Easy Cinnamon Cake, fast, easy and delicious, a soft full of cinnamon cake recipe. The perfect anytime cake, from Breakfast, to Snack or Dessert. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons brown sugar (38 grams)
1 tablespoon cinnamon (6 1/4 grams)
3/4 cup butter softened* (168 grams)
1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour (250 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2.5 grams)
¼ teaspoon salt (2 grams)
1 cup sour milk (to make sour milk add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar to 1 cup measure and top off with milk, let sit for about 10 - 15 minutes) (245 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)

Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls (Kids)
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Brown sugar ½ Cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon powder) 2-3 tbs
Cream Cheese Frosting:
-Cream cheese ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Makhan (Butter) salted ¼ Cup (room temperature)
-Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 1 & ¼ Cups
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
Prepare Dough:
-Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 3 tbs
-Instant yeast 2 & ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1 (room temperature)
-Makhan (Butter) melted 4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) warm 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Makhan (Butter) salted ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Chocolate syrup
Directions:
-In grinder,add brown sugar and grind well.
-In bowl,add grinded brown sugar,cinnamon powder,mix well & set aside.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
-In bowl,add cream cheese,butter,sugar (half quantity),vanilla essence and mix well.
-Add remaining sugar and mix until well combined.
-Add milk and whisk well until smooth & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Dough:
-In lukewarm water,add sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-In bowl,add egg,butter,salt,milk and mix.
-Add dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour and knead until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until double in size at warm place.
-Knead dough again,sprinkle all-purpose flour and knead dough again until smooth.
-Cut into two pieces and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Spread butter over the dough and sprinkle generously brown sugar+cinnmaom powder mixture.
-Gently rub the sugar+cinnamon mixture into the butter and drizzle chocolate syrup over it.
-Cut with the cutter and roll out into different shapes.
-On baking tray (9x13”),lined with butter paper & grease with oil,place cinnamon rolls,cover and allow to rise for further 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.
Option no.1: Baking with Oven
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes.
Option no 2: Baking Without Oven:
-On baking tray,lined with butter paper,place cinnamon rolls cover and allow to rise for further 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.
-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place steam rack (min 2“high) and preheat on high flame for 15 minutes.
-Place baking tray and bake on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Spread cream cheese frosting over cinnamon rolls & serve.

-Grinder mein brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
-Bowl mein grinded brown sugar aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
-Bowl mein cream cheese,makhan,cheeni (half quantity) aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baqi bachi hoye cheeni dal dein aur combine hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur istamal hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Neem garam pani mein cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anda,makhan,namak aur doodh dal ker mix karein.
-Dissolve khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal dein aur dhond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
-Do hisson mein cut ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough per makhan dal ker pheela lein aur cheeni+darchini powder ka mixture ko dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Cheeni+darchini ka mixture ko makhan per pheela lein aur chocolate syrup ko drizzle ker lein.
-Cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur diffenet shapes mein roll ker lein.
-Baking tray (9x13”) per butter paper rakh ker oil sa grease ker lein aur cinnamon rolls rakh dein aur dhak ker 30-40 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Option no.1: Baking with Oven
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 12-15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Option no 2: Baking Without Oven:
-Pot mein namak ka 1 pack dal ker wire rack (min 2“high) rakh dein aur tez annch per 15 minute kliya preheat ker lein.

-Baking tray rakh dein aur 12-15 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per bake ker lein.
-Cinnamon rolls per cream cheese frosting dal ker serve karein.

Easy Sushi Cake Recipe!
Ingredients:
1. 4 Cups Plain flour
2. 2½ tsp Instant Yeast
3. 1 Cup Milk
4. 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (Your Preference)
5. 2 Eggs
6. ½ Cup Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp Cinnamon powder
8. 2 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
9. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
10. 2/3 Cup Melted Butter
11. 2 Tbsp Softened Butter (To Spread on Dough)
12. 1 Tbsp Salt
13. 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
14. 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
Recipe:
Add ½ a cup of sugar to warm milk, stir and add yeast. Set aside for 5mins till it is foamy/bubbly (yeast is active).
Stir mixture and add in melted butter, eggs, salt & vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add flour gradually and combine mixture into a soft dough.
Remove dough and place it on a floured board. Knead for 5 mins or until it is smooth. (Constantly dust flour on hands and workboard to prevent sticking).
Place the dough back into the floured bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for about 60mins. It should double in size.
For the filling, mix 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder & 2 tsp of nutmeg powder into a bowl & mix well.
When dough is ready, punch down/flatten with floured hands and place it on your floured working top.
Flatten dough into a rectangle and slather the softened butter over the surface (this will help keep the fillings in place).
Roll up evenly and cut them into equal sizes. Place them in a oiled bake-tray for another 30 mins to rise.
Bake them at 120°C for 10mins, then remove and pour heavy cream onto the surface.
Bake for another 30 to 40 mins at 120°C, or until brown.
