Delicate and cute little Castella Pudding Cakes are the perfect two Japanese sweets: castella sponge cake and custard pudding. The two sweets pair perfectly together along with the smooth caramel sauce to create a unique and delicious dessert.
ingredients:
for the caramel :
sugar 1/2 cup
water 1/3 cup
for the mixture :
3 eggs - room temperature
condensed milk 1/3 cup
milk 1 cup
vanilla extract 1 tsp
for the cake mixture :
3 egg yolks - room temperature
sugar 2 tbsp
cooking oil 2 tbsp
milk 2 tbsp
vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
flour ( maida ) 1/3 cup
baking powder 1/2 tsp
3 egg Whites - 2 tbsp sugar
baking time : bake preheated oven 160c for 60 minutes.

The Easiest and Best Taste Vanilla Swiss Cake Roll Recipe! Melt in your mouth! Very soft and creamy
* Ingredients
60g (4.5 tbsp) Cooking oil
80g (1/3 cup) Milk
100g (3/4 cup) Cake flour
6 Eggs
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract
2g Lemon juice
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
100g Mascarpone cheese
18g (1.5 tbsp) Sugar
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract
120g (1/2 cup) Heavy whipping cream
Cake pan size: 25x40cm
170°C (340°F) Bake for 35 minutes
Refrigerate for about 1 hour
* Important tips:
1. If you don't like vanilla extract, you can omit it.
2. The main reason for the skin to fall off is not baked through, the surface is too wet so the skin will fall off when rolled later. To avoid falling off, you can increase the baking time, or bake at high temperature for 10 more minutes. If your oven has a fan function, please use the fan function to bake, so the surface is easy to dry.
3. There are two reasons for the cracking: one is that the egg whites are too dry, and the second reason is that the baking temperature is too high. Therefore, when whipping the egg whites, try to whip them a little soft, wet foam, and the whisk is a big hook. Because this baking pan is relatively large, so the chance of cracking is very small, you can use a relatively high temperature to bake.
4. Do not wait for the roll to cool down before rolling, when the temperature of the cake roll is close to hand temperature you can do, it is easier to crack the roll after it cools down
5. If you don't have mascarpone cheese, you can use cream cheese instead!
6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour then to cut and enjoy!

✔️Ingredients
6 eggs [large size] (separated yolks & whites)
1/3 cup cake flour [40 grams]
1/3 cup sugar [70 grams] + approx. 1/4 cup [50 grams] (for filling/topping)
1/3 cup butter / margarine [80 grams] (for filling/topping)
✴️For Oven with bottom heat only - preheat oven & bake @ 170C for 25 mins. or until brownish top.
✴️For Oven with dual heat (bottom & top) - preheat oven & bake @ approx. 15 mins. or until brownish top.
✳️Baking time / temp. always depend on the oven specification so adjust accordingly.

INGREDIENTS:
* Milk(दूध) - 3/4 Cup
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Tsp
* Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 3/4 Cup/100 Gram
* Powdered Sugar(पिसी चीनी) - 1/2 Cup/100 Gram
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Mango Essence(मैंगो एसेंस) - 2-3 Drops
* Strawberry Crush(स्ट्रॉबेरी क्रश)
* Fresh Cream/Malai(ताजा क्रीम/मलाई)
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल का बुरादा)
RECIPE:
Keep the Kadhai for pre-heating, place a steel ring in it and cover it. Take the silicone or any Cake Mould & place Butter Paper in it and keep it. In Lukewarm Milk add some Lime Juice. Mix it well & cover it and keep it for 5 minutes. Then put the Refined Oil in a bowl, add some Curdled Milk, and beat it with a blender. Keep the strainer on the bowl, put White Flour/Maida, Powdered Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and sieve them all well, beat it again with the hand blender. Put some drops of Mango Emulsion, some Milk and make mix it well. Then Put the Batter in the Cake Mould, tap it for 3-4 times. Bake the Cake Sheet in the preheated pan for 20 mins on slow flame.
For Icing, Filter the Fresh Cream/Malai add some Powdered Sugar. Mix it and keep it in the fridge for cooling down & fill it in a cone. Take out the Cake Sheet and remove the butter paper from it. Place the Cake Sheet on the butter paper, spread some Strawberry Crush and Whipped Cream on it then roll it & keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then coat some Strawberry Crush and Desiccated Coconut on the roll & cut it in the Slices. In this way, Delicious Swiss Roll will get ready easily at home.
