✅Ingredients
• 8 ounces spaghetti
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 medium white onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• 15 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained
• 4 ounces canned diced green chiles, drained
• 2 cups cooked diced chicken
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper

1️⃣ 00:29 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti in a saucepan according to package directions.
2️⃣ 00:45 - Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add in onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
3️⃣ 01:08 - Add in garlic and flour and continue to cook 2 more minutes. Slowly stir in milk and bring to a simmer until thickened. Once the sauce thickens, immediately remove from heat.
4️⃣ 01:35 - Stir in 2 cups cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Then stir in diced tomatoes, diced green chilis, diced cooked chicken, and drained spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5️⃣ 02:10 - Pour pasta into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is warm and bubbly and starting to brown.

Ingredients:
-Chicken julienne cut 250 gms
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) Ground ½ tsp
Fajita Seasoning:
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) Ground ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Oil 2 tsp
-Oil 1-2 tsp
-Peeli shimla mirch (Yellow bell pepper) Julienne cut 1
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) Julienne cut 1
-Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 1
-Lehsan (Garlic) Chopped ½ tbs
-Fajita seasoning 1 tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) Chopped 2-3
-Fajita seasoning 1 tbs
-Penne pasta cooked (as per packet instructions) 2 Cups
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Cheddar cheese ½ Cup
-Mixed herbs or Oregano
Direction:
-In bowl,add chicken julienne,lemon juice,salt,black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
-For Fajita seasoning,in bowl,add paprika powder,cumin powder,black pepper,red chili powder, garlic powder and salt,mix well.Fajita seasoning is ready.
-In wok,add oil add marinated chicken and mix until chicken is done,set aside.
-In wok,add oil,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,onion,garlic and fajita seasoning, sauté for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
-In wok,add oil,tomatoes,fajita seasoning,cook until tomatoes are soft,add cooked chicken,penne pasta cooked, vegetables and mix well.
-Add cream,milk and cheddar cheese,mix well.
-Sprinkle mixed herbs or oregano and serve.
