How To make Chicken& Spaghetti, Iii
1 ea Large hen
1 c Celery, diced
Garlic as desired 1 lg Onion, chopped
1 lb Grated cheese
2 cn Whole tomatoes, #2 cn.
2 ea Med. bell peppers, chopped
1 lg Can mushrooms, diced
1 pk Spaghetti
Cook hen in water until tender. Remove and debone. Skim fat from broth to use in sauce. Combine fat, tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Simmer abt. 3 hrs., adding broth as needed. Cook spaghetti in remaining broth, adding a little water if necessary. Add a couple of bouillon cubes to boost flavor, if desired. Drain. In 3 to 5 qt. casserole dish layer spaghetti, chicken, sauce and cheese. Put last layer of cheese on just before serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) spaghetti pasta
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
8 oz (226 g) softened cream cheese12 oz can of evaporated milk)
8 oz (226 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN
1 lb chicken breast cutlets
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp (for eggs)
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
cooking oil for frying
*temp for fry oil should be 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Spicy Chicken And Sweetcorn Pasta Recipe| Pakistani Style Chicken Pasta
In this video I show you how to make spicy chicken and sweetcorn pasta. This chicken and sweetcorn pasta is so quick and easy to make and is full of Asian spices.
Chicken Pasta Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps Olive Oil
3 Small Onions
Salt To Taste (Recipe Used 1.5 Tsp)
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1kg Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1.5 Tbsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Can Sweetcorn
600g Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce
Handful Of Fresh Coriander
Pasta:
500g Pasta
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Water for Boiling Pasta
Method:
1. In a pan, heat the oil and add in the finely sliced onions. Cook on a high heat and after a few mins add in half the salt. Continue to cook until lightly golden and add in the cumin seeds.
2. Once the onions are golden, add in the ginger and garlic paste. Cook off really well and add in the chicken.
3. Cook the chicken until fully white, add in rest of the salt and tandoori masala and mix well.
4. Continue to cook on a high heat to evaporate the water left from the chicken. Add in the chilli powder and continue to cook out the water.
5. Once the water halves, add in the coriander powder and green chillies. As the water evaporates turn the heat down to medium and continue to cook until you see the water evaporate.
6. Add in garam masala and sweetcorn and cook for a few mins to infuse the flavours.
7. Add in the pasta sauce and simmer for a few mins to heat the sauce through the chicken.
8. Finish with fresh coriander and leave aside whilst making the pasta.
9. For the pasta bring water to the boil in a large pan. Add salt and oil before adding in the pasta.
10. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions usually around 8-12mins. Drain the pasta and mix in with the chicken mixture.
11. Once the pasta is fully mixed simmer for 2 mins to infuse the chicken flavours with the pasta.
