1/2 c Plain Dry Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 ts Chili Powder
1 ts Ground Cumin
1 ts Thyme Leaves
1/4 ts Red Pepper
2 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts **
Oil * You can use onion or onion-mushroom recipe soup mix in this recipe. ** Chicken breasts should be cut into 1-inch pieces. ~

In large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, thyme and pepper. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well. In large skillet, heat 1/2-inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat, turning once, until done; drain on paper towels. Serve warm and if desired with assorted mustards. ~ ~:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare chicken as above. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken, then drizzle with 2 to 3 T oil. Heat uncovered at High (Full Power) 6 minutes or until chicken is done, rearranging chicken once; drain on paper towels. Serve as above Makes about 5 dozen nuggets.

The BEST Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders! Game Day Meal
ingredients
4 pounds of tenders (thats how much I USED)
All Purpose seasoning (I used @MrMakeItHappen )
Cayenne Pepper
Chipotle Powder
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup hot sauce
Mix all the above together in a large bowl and let it sit for 5 hours. To a large bag, get 4 cups of flour and double (or triple) the seasoning above. Dredge chicken and fry in 350 degree oil for 7-9 minutes. Let drain on a wire rack.
For sauce:
1 7oz jar of chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce)
7 Oz chicken broth
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
12 oz of honey (more for a sweeter, stickier sauce)
Blend chipotles and broth until smooth. Drain until the seeds are out. Add to a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes and then add honey. Cook until sauce gets to the consistency you like. Sauce up the tenders and enjoy!

Crispy cajun seasoned chicken nuggets cooked in the air-fryer.
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken, diced
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. Combine breadcrumbs and seasoning in another dish.
Fully coat each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
