INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable oil for frying 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Dry mustard
2 1/2 lb Chicken breasts, skinless
-boneless, 1 inch pieces 1. In a large frying pan or deep fat fryer, heat 1 inch of oil to 350F.
2. Meanwhile, put milk in a bowl. In a paper bag, mix together flour,
parmesan cheese, paprika, oregano, and mustard. First dip chicken pieces in milk, then place about a dozen pieces of chicken at a time in a gab and shake to coat. 3. Fry chicken in hot oil in batches without crowding, turning

Ingredients:-
Chicken
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp thyme
Salt & pepper
Egg mix
1 no egg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp curd
3 tsp refined flour
Crumbing
2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for serving
Method:-
Start by mixing the chicken pieces with thyme, salt and dijon mustard. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a bowl break an egg and add salt, pepper, yoghurt and mix it well. Then add refined flour and mix it again.
Add the marinated pieces of the chicken to this batter, cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
After that, cover the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and let them rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the frozen chicken nuggets until crisp and golden brown or bake at 200 for 20-30 minutes.
Fry some parsley for garnishing and Crispy Chicken Nuggets is ready to serve!

A chicken nugget is a chicken product made from chicken meat that is breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Invented in the 1950s, chicken nuggets have become a popular fast food restaurant item, as well as widely sold frozen for home use.
The chicken nugget was invented in the 1950s by Robert C. Baker, a food science professor at Cornell University, and published as unpatented academic work.This bite sized piece of chicken, coated in batter and then deep fried, was called the Chicken Crispie by Baker and his associates. Two problems the meat industry was facing at the time were being able to clump ground meat without a skin and producing a batter coating that could be both deep fried and frozen without becoming detached. Baker's innovations solved these problems and made it possible to form chicken nuggets in any shape by first coating the meat in vinegar, salt, grains, and milk powder to make it hold together and then using an egg and grain based batter that could be fried as well as frozen

Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets:
- Chicken fillets or boneless pieces cut into nuggets- 300 gms
Marinade:
- Buttermilk- 1/2 cup
- Egg, whisked- 1
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder- 3/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
Mix for Breading:
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs (preferably Panko breadcrumbs)- 1/2 cup
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets or boneless pieces. Cut these into bite sized nugget shapes.
- To marinate, add buttermilk into a bowl and add whisked egg, the spice powders and salt as mentioned above. Whisk the mixture and add the chicken pieces. Give a mix to coat the pieces with the batter. Set aside in room temperature for 30 mins.
Process:
- Make the breading flour mix with the ingredients given above. Mix it to combine well.
- Take out chicken pieces soaked in the marinade one at a time with your left hand and place it on the breading mix. Now with your right hand, fully coat the pieces with the breading mix by turning few times. Shake off the excess breading and place them side by side on a plate.
- To fry the nuggets, heat oil in a skillet or pan for deep frying and drop them one by one to not crowd the pan.
- Fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till golden brown.
- Fry the rest of the nuggets in batches.
