Ingredients :
Boneless chicken breast - 500 g
White Bread - 4 slices
Ginger paste - 1/2 tblsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tblsp
Soya sauce - 1 tblsp
White Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 medium
milk - 1 tblsp
salt and pepper
Bread crumbs - 1 cup

Nashville Hot Chicken Nuggets
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Pickled water ¼ Cup
-Hot sauce 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Cayenne powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Nashville Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 100g
-Brown sugar 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cayenne powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Honey 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Pickled cucumber slices
Directions:
-In a small dish,add milk,pickled water,hot sauce,salt,eggs & whisk well.
-Add chicken & dip properly,cover with cling film and marinate for 3-4 hours.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,cayenne powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder & mix well.
-Now place chicken in the dry ingredients,coat well & place them on a grill rack then again dip coated chicken in prepared milk and coat with dry ingredients & place them on a grill rack.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy and set aside.
Prepare Nashville Sauce:
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Turn off the flame,add brown sugar,garlic powder,cayenne powder,salt,paprika powder,honey,black pepper powder & mix well for a minute.
-Now add fried chicken,turn on the flame,coat & toss well.
-Serve with pickled cucumber & French fries!

-Chotay dish mein doodh,pickled water,hot sauce,namak aur anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan dip ker lein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Dish mein maida,cayenne powder,namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab chicken ko dry ingredients mein dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur grill rack per rakh dein phir dubara tayyar doodh mein dip ker ka dry ingredients mein coat ker lein aur grill rack per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Nashville Sauce:
-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,brown sugar,lehsan powder,cayenne powder,namak,paprika powder,honey aur kali mirch powder dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab fried chicken dal dein,chulha on karein aur ache tarhan coat & toss ker lein.
-Pickled cucumber & French fries ka saath serve karein!

How to Make McDonald's Chicken Nuggets | Homemade Crispy and Spicy Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Welcome to Lutong Pinoy Recipes. In this video we are sharing the recipe for crispy , juicy homemade chicken nuggets.
Chicken nuggets ingredients
300 grams boneless chicken breast
3 slices wheat bread
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper Powder
1 medium egg
1 tsp fresh milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Procedure for making chicken nuggets
Cut the edges of wheat bread and slice into cubes.
Using food processor, crush the edges of the bread to become breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Crush the bread in food processor, put the sliced chicken breast. Add ginger, salt and pepper powder and blend to mix.
Knead to smooth.
Flatten and cut the edges to make a good size of cubes.
Separate each chicken cubes mixture.
Break egg , add salt and milk. Stir to combine.
Dip the chicken cubes mixture to the egg then to the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry to 2-3 each side or till golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or any sauce of your choice.
