How To make Cajun Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 1/2
pound
chicken wings; separated
3/4
cup
plain yogurt
2/3
cup
hot sauce, Louisiana style
2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
cup
flour
1/2
cup
cajun seasoning
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, hot sauce and garlic. Add chicken and
marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The following day, mix together
flour and cajun seasonings in a bowl. Remove chicken from the marinade and
coat evenly in flour mixture. In a wok or deep fryer, heat oil to 370F.
This can be achieved by heating over medium high heat. Use enough oil to
cover 4 to 5 chicken wings at a time. Deep fry wings for approximately 8
minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serves 2 to 4

1 to 2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning (preferably Slap Ya Mama)
1 - 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 - 10.5 oz can Cream of Onion Soup
1/2 - 10.5 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 to 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon Paprika, Divided
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/3 cup Chicken Broth

EASY Louisiana Wings Recipe | Wing-stop Copycat - If you're looking for a crispy, spiced dry rub, with a distinctly Cajun flavor them here's another easy and delicious appetizer recipe that will surely be a hit with friends and family. This recipe can be made in either the oven or you can deep fry them. Either way, these are crowd pleasers. Enjoy!
Louisiana Wings Ingredients:
Chicken Wings:
2 - 3 lbs. - Chicken wings
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Onion Powder
1 tsp - Garlic Powder
1 tsp - Chili Powder
½ tsp - Black Pepper
1 tsp - Creole Seasoning (I used Creole Kick from sweetsmokiejoe.com)
¼ cup - Oil or melted Butter if putting them in the oven (Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven to 450ºF. Remove from the oven, flip them over and bake for 10 more minutes or until crispy)
Louisiana Rub Ingredients:
1 tsp - Smoked Paprika
½ tsp - Dried Oregano
½ tsp - Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp - Cumin Powder
1.5 tsp - Brown Sugar
1 tsp - Onion Powder
1 tsp - Garlic Powder
½ tsp - Black Pepper
Salt to taste ( I used about a 1/2 tsp)
