✴️Cookies are easy to make but there are some factors that they could fail when;
•you didn’t chill the cookie dough.
•type of sugar may affect the cookie.
•Inaccurate oven temperature.
•overworking / over mixing the dough.
•overbaked. (over browned or burnt edges)
•expired / old stock baking agent (baking soda).
•Inaccurate measurement of ingredients. (mainly flour, it’s better when it’s weighed)
•Mixing everything together at once.

Homemade Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookies Using The Black Walnuts
Hello and welcome to Old Ways Gardening and Prepping.???? Would like to welcome you each into the kitchen with me this evening. We're going to be making homemade old fashioned chocolate chip cookies from scratch using the black walnut pieces from making the extract.
Fell in love with this old chocolate chip cookie recipe I found over 30 years ago. Have tweaked it just a tad and have enjoyed it ever since. It is simple and easy with a very small amount of ingredients. Wanted to make sure that the nuts did not go to waste and are completely used. In my personal opinion waste not want not.
Below is my single batch chocolate chip cookies recipe. Hope you enjoy this recipe.

1 1/2 tsp's of real vanilla
