How To make Beral's Berry Coffee Cake
1 Egg
6 tb Butter (can be canola oil)
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Yogurt (can be non-fat)
1/2 c Milk (can be skim)
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Berries (your choice)
Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter (or oil) and sugar. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients, reserving baking powder for last. Stir to combine. Add berries and stir briefly. Pour into greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tester comes out clean. Cool and serve.

Chocolate Almond Cake
Ingredients:
buttermilk:
warm milk 75 ml
white vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp
Hot water 200 ml
coffee powder 2 tsp
cocoa powder 60 grams ( 2/3 cup)
sugar 175 grams ( 3/4 cup)
buttermilk
oil 60 ml or grams
vanilla 2 tsp
Dry:
all purpose flour 160 grams ( 1 1/4 cup)
baking powder 1/2 tsp (2 grams)
baking soda 1 tsp ( 5 grams)
salt 1/8 tsp
Chocolate ganache :
chocolate bar or chips 340 grams (dark)
whipping cream 340 grams (35%fat)
butter 30 grams ( 2 tbsp)
Chocolate syrup:
water 1/4 cup
sugar 1/4 cup
cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Combine water and sugar bring it to a boil and add the cocoa powder.
Mix it until it's smooth.
let it cool before using it.
Baking time: 35 to 40 minutes ( Depending on your oven temperature.
Oven temperature: 170°c
Baking pan size: 2 6 inches round pan.
Note: You may double or triple the recipe for big batches.

40 grams Arla butter, melted
40 grams vegetable oil
130 grams brown sugar
65 grams white sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup Bravo evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup water
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
40 grams cocoa powder
110 grams all purpose flour
1 can Bravo condensada
1 cup Bravo evaporated milk
25 grams cornstarch
30 grams Arla butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggyolks
50 grams Beryl's Bittersweet Chocolate Shavings
10 grams Bianca Powder
Procedure:
1 Mix all the ingredients for the cake and divide into two pans.
2 Steam for 30 mins. You can also bake at 350F for the same time.
3 For the Dulce Caramel , Mix everything first then cook double boiler until thick.
4 Let cool and spread onto the cooled cakes.
5 Top with Beryl's Bittersweet Chocolate and Bianca Powder

Ingredients:
For the chocolate cake:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder (I use Bensdorp)
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
For the cream:
2 cups all purpose cream (or 2 packs of 250mL cream)
1 can (390g) sweetened condensed milk
Toppings:
Dark chocolate syrup (I used Goya)
Cherries
Dark chocolate shavings (I used Beryl's)
Bake at 180C for an hour to one hour and 20 minutes, depending on you oven.
*NOTE: The video states 2 tsp of baking powder, kindly replace it with 2 tsp of baking soda

Brigadeiro Filling:
390g condensed milk (1 can)
1 cup evaporated milk
1/8 cup cornstarch
2 egg yolks
370 ml all purpose cream
Cake ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups hot water
2 cups white sugar
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1 1/8 tsp baking soda
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
Chocolate ganache:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups milk chocolate, chopped
Procedure:
1) Filling: Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, cornstarch and egg yolks
2) Cook mixture until thickened
3) Add all purpose cream and cook until thickened
4) Cover and chill for 1hr. or until ready to use
5) Cake: Combine vegetable oil, white vinegar, vanilla essence, hot water and white sugar
6) In a separate bowl combine all purpose flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, powdered milk, salt and instant coffee powder
7) Combine the wet and dry ingredients
8) Pour cake batter into the lightly greased pan
9) Tap few times to release air bubbles
10)Steam for 50-60min. over med. low heat
11)Cool cake in a pan for 5 min.
12)Remove cake from the pan and cool completely
13)Cut the cake
14)Add brigadeiro filling on top and chill for 30min.
15)Chocolate ganache: Heat evaporated milk
16)Pour the hot milk over the chocolate. Let it sit for 1-2min.
17)Mix it until chocolate melts
13)Add chocolate ganache on top of the filling
19)Optional: Add chocolate flakes for toppings
20)Chill until ready to serve

==Cara-cara==
-Pukul butter, gula dan ovelet hingga kembang
-Kemudian masukkan telur 1 per 1 lalu pukul rata
-Masukkan pula tepung dam susu berselang seli ( rujuk video)
-Bakar kaedah steam bath selama 30 minit, suhu 160c
-Untuk krim, satukan semua bahan dan pukul hingga kembang
