How To make Beef Stroganooff Casserole
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 large onion
chopped
3 cloves garlic :
minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 cups cooked egg noodles
chopped fresh parsley :
optional Radish slices and fresh Italian parsley -- optional
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place beef in large skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring to seperate beef. Drain fat from skillet; set aside beef.
Heat oil in same skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add wine. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in soup, sour cream and mustard until well combined. Return beef to skillet.
Place noodles in prepared dish. Pour beef mixture over noodles; stir until noodles are well coated.
Bake uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desiered. Garnish with radish and parsley sprigs, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.

You will need:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
5 Cups Egg Noodles, cooked
Start by preheating your oven to 350*.
Cook your ground beef. Drain and return to skillet. Add in the onion powder and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in soup, sour cream and dijon mustard. You can also add some salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in the cooked egg noodles. Transfer mixture to a greased 13x9 pan. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Beef Noodle Casserole Video
This recipe is a winner with my family!!
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup yellow onion, diced
2 heaping tsp minced garlic
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 t tomato paste
12 ounces egg noodles
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
chopped fresh chives
1 cup of hot water
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until onions are tender. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the meat, until cooked through. Add the tomato paste. Add the noodles, broth, 1 cup hot water, the mustard, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Add the sour cream and heavy cream. Cook until the pasta is tender. This recipe can be cooked in a 350 degree oven until pasta is tender, or on your stovetop. I prefer the stovetop.
Remove from the heat. Sprinkle over the chives and serve.
